I don't know that this is an overall very good restaurant, but certainly for a chinese buffet. You've got your average assortment of fried dishes and bland looking american food like pizza and tacos. There is a sushi bar and hibachi grill toward the back as well as a "scoop yourself" ice cream station. Our disappointment comes from the steadily rising prices and steady decline in food quality. It isn't that things are being cooked poorly-the quality of everything overall has declined in the past year. When they opened the chicken in the general tsao's seemed to be all or mostly white meat, the food was very regularly refreshed with fresh dishes from the kitchen, and there was even chocolate syrup at the ice cream station. Since their competitor across the street has gone out of business the main chicken dishes seem to be mostly dark meat and even ligament. It's not very appetizing anymore. We often have to ask for more dumplings to be brought out for the wonton soup, and service is inconsistent. They slap signs around saying that they raised prices because food costs have gone up, but why would the quality of the food still be waning so much if they are charging customers extra to make up the difference...? Service is a craps shoot. Some waitresses barely make eye contact and only come by the table when you are gone so you have to hunt them down for drink refills. Others have been extremely sweet and very on top of everything. The past couple of times we have stopped by the guy at the register has had headphones in and just slides your receipt across the counter. They used to be friendly and ask how everything was and welcomed us to come back again, but not anymore. It isn't terrible here, but it is inconsistent. It is a nice alternative to the chinese buffet on Paxton street that smell like cat urine. Nothing terribly unique and you should be able to find your favorite dish here. Go during dinner rush when food is just about guaranteed to be fresh!

Typical Asian food but the hibachi grill makes the difference. Select from a wide variety of vegetables, pasta, meats and fish -- then have it prepared specifically for you.
Rather inexpensive and current discount includes if you pay cash rather than credit.
Staff is friendly.
Eight types of ice cream and a variety of cookies and fruits top off this experience.

Very clean, bright, and friendly. The food is freshly prepared and kept hot for serving. It also has a great variety for your choosing. I will go back soon.

Took my family here on a Friday and the place was packed. Started with oysters on a half shell which were fresh and tasty. Decided to try some sushi, tuna was fresh, mackerel was great, the super white tuna (escolar) was awesome. Sushi portions are small. Had the baby octopus salad and it tasted close to fugi doh's or miso's. I had a couple of hard shelled crabs and they were good. Had some shrimp and General Tso's chicken it was good too. Lets face it, this place isn't a four star sushi bar in LA or Vegas but for a Chinese buffet its pretty good. This place isn't my go to for seafood, sushi or even Chinese but if my wallet is tapped out and I'm starving for some ocean fare this place is the ticket.

Tried this restaurant a few months ago, and it was bad. Tried again last week only because someone had gotten us a gift certificate and it stayed true to form. The selection is huge but tasteless and stale. Tried as many items as I could, and I am a BIG eater, and it was crap. The ONLY bright spot was the hibachi grill..............items are cooked fresh and you can try to season to taste with what they have, but it is a stretch.
The wait staff hawks over you to turn tables, but we just smiled and stayed as long as we could hoping to find something worth staying for. It didn't pan out.
Save your money and go to a regular Chinese restaurant...........there is a good one in the same complex, next to Chipotle. We gave the remaining funds of our gift certificate to a patron in the parking lot heading in to chow.
We will not return and I can only recommend this place if you want crappy Chinese food.
