Thank you for your five star review. I personally changed the hot water pump so the entire hotel will have continous hot water again
We were extremely disappointed...the room was nasty...the bed smelled horrible!!! Had to ask for diff sheets n pillow cases n still was just eww!! NEVER again well I waste my $ in a Ramada!!!!! I would've rather slept in my vehicle!!!!!
I am quite suprised that I receive reviews like this when I get all kinds of compliments on this hotel. I am sorry for your stay that was not satisfactory. I wish you would have said something while you were here and we could have made an impact.
The price was not the only thing great about this visit. The bathroom was clean, the bed was well made, and the Jacuzzi was the delight of the room. All this and the free continental breakfast and delightfully pleasant staff has put Ramada on the map for our future travel rest needs.

I expected better. The hotel was grimy. Our room had a funny scent, and I wiped all the hard surfaces down with disinfectant wipes before touching or using anything. Needed a place to sleep while traveling throughout the area, and swung in off the highway at 10pm, so was not in a state of mind to be picky. However, it hurt to spend $100 on this room for the night! We were near a side door entrance, that my room key should have opened, but it did not. Front desk staff had no solution when I asked about the issue. As we were traveling with dogs, use of this side door would have been helpful for middle of the night bathroom trips. (Side note - key worked fine in the side door in the morning. If it is a time of day issue, I get it - just tell me that in the first place!) Dark parking lot, hair in bathroom (not mine) upon our arrival, dirty hallways, etc. The Ramada in Harrisburg just failed to meet expectations all around.
I am sorry that your room was one of unsatisfaction. We have 100 other rooms that we could have moved you to or we could have fixed the issue with another manner. What we needed was your input while you were here so we could have made it right.
