More often than not I'm disappointed by Chinese buffets, but Jumbo is an exception. There was a large selection of items, all of them quite fresh. If you want your food freshly prepared you can take advantage of the hibachi where you select your ingredients and watch them cooked. There is also a buffet with nigiri sushi and sushi rolls; ingredients were quite fresh. There's a massive selection of cooked foods, stir fries, dumplings, salads, fruits, and desserts. Particularly impressive is the amount of seafood, including oysters on the shell, shrimp, stone crabs, squid, et al. Definitely a good buffet for those who want to pig out, but enough fresh low fat foods for those who want to show restraint.
