“Family Friendly and Great Food”
Reviewed 3 June 2014

First time eating at Fenicci's just after visiting Hershey Park and the experience was excellent.
Meal portions were large and very tasteful. Having a kids menu made our choice selection for the younger ones that much easier while enjoying an authentic Italian meal.

Service was excellent. Waitress was very prompt, polite and overall willing to do what it would take to ensure we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Some may consider the meal cost on the high side but by the size of the portion and taste of the food, it was well in line.

Biggest caveat is the restaurant does not have onsite parking. We had to park two blocks away on a side street in a neighborhood. Parking signs in Hershey can rival those in New York so do read them carefully.
Make reservations as this establishment will fill up. We made ours and were properly seated on time.

Will make another stop here on my next trip to Hershey.

“It felt very cozy.”
Reviewed 3 June 2014

The food was great. I had the Seafood Pesto Alfredo Fettucini, it was perfect. Family friendly and they didn't rush out the food in a good way. I liked the layout too, different rooms and it felt like a maze. Also, it looked like two converted houses, love that feeling. Price was on par with other restaurants too. Overall, highly recommend it! Bill from NJ

Was not impressed with the service or the food. We came in for lunch on a Saturday. My Caesar salad was drenched in dressing and the lettuce was pale and limp. The bathrooms are not labeled well from the patio and it's not handicap accessible at all. My husband got the Italian grinder and his sandwich was good.

“Try Another Place”
Reviewed 29 May 2014

Read the reviews on Tripadvisor for this restaurant and decided that it must be good. The rolls had horrible freezer burn and the entrees had little flavor. Just awful!

I am sorry that you were not happy, our rolls come in daily from Philadelphia and are never frozen and your review goes us nothing specific to go on so it is hard respond. In the future please give us specific feedback. I find it hard to believe that we are one star with you, when we have over 1400 reviews But I am very sorry..
