Been wanting to do this for a long time. I thought it would be bigger, but still there is a lot to see and you could spend a lot of time there. Cars there that I never heard of before!

My husband runs a car blog, so I am often forced to go to many car related events and shows. We've been to this museum a few times now and it's so much fun! The cars are in fantastic condition. There are displays from different eras. They have model trains going on occasion. There's a fun interactive kids play area in the basement. The grounds outside offer breathtaking views of Hershey. The admission price is very reasonable and the museum is very clean and neat. The staff are available for questions, but tend to let you roam about as you wish. A must see is the KISS MOBILE if you are a chocolate fan....you just won't believe it. Well done!

We pulled up Museum Drive to see the Kissmobile standing out front and a small car show on the grounds. The car show didn't have a lot but we weren't there for that anyway, it was just nice to see. The Kissmobile was very cool!

The museum is open 9-5 daily and admission is $10. It starts with cars from the 1900's and goes through to a very few modern examples. The docents/guides were very helpful and answered all my Dad's questions (he's the car guy). The main floor of the museum has a neat set up to it. There is a mock covered bridge in one section, and a mock drive in movie for the 50s with actual footage of races playing, There were also senic backdrops of the beach, the woods and the golden gate bridge. We were there during their 100 years of chevy exhibit and the dirt bike exhibit. The Chevy exhibit had several racers on part of a mock dirt track.

The basment floor was the mueum of transportation. The train model was closed so we didn't get to see that but there were a lot of buses and a cool mock up of a 50s diner. It would have been neat if you could have at least climbed in to one of the buses since you couldn't see much of the inside from the door and some of them were so big you couldn't see into the windows. That floor also had the motorcycle exhibit. And the bathrooms on this floor were very clean. There was also a childrens area and some snack machines down here.

The top floor had a nice view of surrounding Hershey and a large collection of hood ornaments and also a lot of club and show parephenalia from the car club itself. There was also an overlook out to the second floor car museum where you could see a few extras you'd miss from the ground.

We spent about two hours here but if you were to study every car and read every sign it could easily be all day. Overall it was a very nicely put together museum and very interesting.

Great selection and layout of vintage automobiles. Artistic murals depicting time period were fantastic.
