We had brief overnight stay at the Fairfield and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff always had a smile on their face and gave us a hello and our room was spotless! No bar on sight but they were happy to accommodate our late night rendezvous with friends in the lobby.

Coffee was available 24/7 and the complimentary breakfast was lovely. They served cold foods as well as hot foods such as eggs, sausage patties (my husband made himself an egg and sausage sandwich) and make your own waffles.

There is a Walmart across the street if you need it!

This is a top notch hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, where we were greeted by Kelli, until we left two days later we were impressed with everything about this place. Kelli is great at the front desk and answered our questions graciously. The cleaning staff and laundry staff should be commended for a job VERY WELL done! They may be working behind the scenes much of the time, but they give the place its sparkle and we appreciated how clean everything from towels to floors were. The breakfast was superb and the breakfast staff was very friendly. The rooms are beautiful. We can think of nothing that we would change. Again, your cleaning and laundry staff should be commended. Though two years old, this hotel looks brand new. Thanks for providing a great place to stay.

Room Tip: I don't think you'll find a bad room.

Fairfields are always nice, and this hotel is the best in town. Front desk very friendly, rooms very nice. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Coffee always available. The weekend I stayed here, the hotel was full. Since there is only one elevator, the wait can be long. Never had this problem before at this hotel because I've never been here when it's full.

Internet is easy to connect, but very slow. Took about half-an-hour to download the digital version of my newspaper.

My friend and I stayed three nights. The room was fine and quiet, and the desk personnel were very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The pool was tiny and too crowded for us to enjoy using, which was a disappointment, as swimming is one of my greatest pleasures when I'm at a hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was 100% full the last night, however, and we had a longish wait to get a table. Once we got seated, everything was great.

There was, however, a billing problem. It was finally resolved to my complete satisfaction. But repeated calls to the hotel were never returned, and I had to go to the chain website with my problem before anyone called me. I hope that my experience was not typical, as otherwise the hotel was just fine. I will probably stay there again, but I'll be very careful that the billing is clear before I check in.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Please be advised that when using third party booking sites to make hotel reservations, not only is the rate often higher than if you contact the hotel directly, but any billing issues must go through those channels first. This sometimes causes communication issues regarding billing issues to take longer for resolution. We will use your comments to improve on our communication regarding billing issues and hope you give us an opportunity to do a better job for you in the future!

I usually stay at this location when on the road for work. It's off the main road and just outside of town so it's more quiet than staying in town Huntingdon. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast is very good. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a nice quiet and friendly hotel.

This hotel was a very nice place to stay. After minor problem with booking the room, the place was a very pleasant surprise. Rooms are clean and NEW!!! Staff very friendly and accommodating... Pool small but sufficient. We use the outside grill to feed our volleyball team after playing a the "Happy Volley" tournament at Penn State. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
