El Timon is unique in seafood in the small town of San Juan del Sur. the service is top, our waiter was very attentive and utmost friendly. we had a huge seafood platter for two with delicious fish, shrimp, lobster, octopus.... plus drinks, plus desserts, coffees and a Flor de Caña at ard. USD 50. this tropical restaurant (open place) is located right at the beachfront, the sunsets are really awesome. it was unforgettable dining at the Nicaraguan Pacific coast. If you are a seafood freak, don't miss it, it is just perfect -especially the fish. See you again in 2012!
