Fantastic apartments beautifully decorated to a high standard.
Very generous welcome pack, full of locally sourced quality food and drinks. The attention to detail is extremely impressive.
So clean you could eat your dinner off the floor!
Secure parking, could go on and on.....wanted to move in and stay forever x

Room Tip: If you are eating out in the area go to the 'Olive Branch' the food is to die for!

This was our third stay at Croft Mill. The apartments look as good as new and the new touches are excellent (customised bread board, DVD library with a great selection of movies). The wonderful welcome food pack is even more extensive and we had lovely warm croissants provided one morning which was fabulous. The location is fantastic and the apartment has everything you could possibly need during a self catering holiday. The kids loved the books, toys and games which had been provided. Also enjoyed the play park 2 minutes walk away and the cinema in Hebden Bridge was very handy on a wet afternoon. Good new soft play about 5 minutes drive away. Would recommend Il Mulino italian restaurant in the town. Josephine the proprietor is a lovely person - so friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend Croft Mill enough.

My partner and I arrived at Croft Mill much later than expected on a Friday night for a weekend stay (due to terrible traffic from London). We called on arrival in Hebden Bridge to ask for directions, as we were lost, and spoke to the lovely lady who runs Croft Mill who gave us great directions and came to meet us outside. The warm welcome did not stop there. We were given a little tour of our flat, and even received another visit the following morning to check that we had settled in ok.

Croft Mill is very well situated - the town of Hebden Bridge is within easy walking distance (and at 7 months' pregnant, I was very glad of this!). The flat was spacious, spotless and decorated in a very modern and tasteful way. The breakfast ingredients together with the breakfast ideas recipe book were a really thoughtful touch, as were the two pairs of slippers which were well used!

I would definitely recommend Croft Mill to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Hebden Bridge.

A lovely place to stay, clean, well furnished and comfortable, we booked this for our 30th wedding anniversary as I had to work up north on the actual day - so we could turn it into a bit of a holiday for the rest of the stay. We were upgraded to a larger apartment on arrival, as they were fairly quiet at the time. We had booked it partly as it said breakfast provided in the terms online and looked forward to this. We soon learnt that the breakfast pack, lovely as it was, was really a welcome pack on arrival in what was fully self catering accommodation. I had no objection to cooking it ourselves, but one tin of beans, six eggs and a very small loaf would not provide breakfast for two people for the six nights we were staying! On commenting on this, we were give another small loaf, some more coffee and another packet of cookies, very welcome, but somewhat limiting. We went out for a cooked breakfast for several mornings, an added expense my husband did not well disposed to pay for, as we had already paid for it in the package. The host was charming and the apartment lovely, the upgrade was welcoming but the breakfast arrangements need to decide whether they are b and b or self catering and state this clearly to be fair and within the trades descriptions.

Room Tip: Try the White Lion for an excellant cooked breakfast and wonderful evening meals, we will stay there...

This was the fourth time we have stayed here and it will not be the last as all have been excellent. The local produce provided is a real treat and there is everything one would need, including TV/oven/washing machine. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and the beds very comfortable.

Me and my wife stayed for 2 nights (27th & 28th of January).
I had 'phoned Josephine earlier in the day to say we anticipated arriving around 5.30 p.m.,however due to the snow en route we arrived an hour later,I called from my mobile to say we were delayed and was told "it's not a problem, just call me when you arrive".
Josephine met us on arrival and showed us into the secure 'gated'car park.
We chose the lift, with our luggage, rather than the steps to our second floor apartment,.Josephine showed us in and explained where everything was.
As previous people have commented, the complimentary food and drink, which included 2 bottles of locally brewed beer ! was more than we expected and of the highest quality and locally sourced.
The apartment was extremely clean, modern and warm without being oppressively hot.The beds have 'memory foam' mattresses which made for a great nights sleep.
The walk into 'the square' in Hebden Bridge is about 2 minutes, there are plenty of pubs and places to eat in or take away and lots of quirky shops and NO big supermarkets.
We took a 30 minute walk along the canal tow path to Stubbins Wharfe, which is a canal side pub, serving great food and several well kept real ales. After spending a good few hours in there,we thought it would be in our own interest to avoid the the tow path and catch the bus back into Heben Bridge !!!
On Sunday morning we awoke to the aroma of hot fresh croissants, which Josephine had left for us in the porch,a lovely touch.
We loaded the car,had a last stroll around the centre, fed the ducks and headed home.
A really relaxing weekend and we will certainly be back.
