I stayed here for one night with my girlfriend, we love Hebden Bridge. It acted like a brilliant base for shopping, lunch and drinks and then a lovely rest before evening meal and more drinks.

From the start, Sharon was most welcoming, even when we arrived she was jolly hovering around with Abba on in the background. The house itself is a gem, very tastefully decorated, I hope she won't mind me saying 'uniquely chic'! The room was big (as was the other - I popped a sneaky peak) and comfy, all very very clean.

Breakfast was smashing too - A choice of pretty much anything, and there was no awkward sit down with other guests who you have nothing in common with - I imagine it's reputation means the guests are all of a pretty similar ilk, or at least conversationally interesting!

Can't fault it. Will stay again for our next 'getaway'.

My girlfriend and I stayed 3 nights (30 Mar - 2 Apr 2014) and absolutely loved it. Sharon & Andy are amazing, friendly, welcoming people and they made our trip. After 10 minutes we felt like we had known them for years. The B&B is excellent value and I cannot fault it in anyway.

Breakfast was excellent but the chat each morning with Sharon and Andy even better! Would strongly recommend this B&B. We'll be back . . .

Room Tip: Just go! The room is brilliant.

We stayed for two nights at Garnett Bed & Breakfast to explore Hebden Bridge. Sharon was there to meet us and gave us a warm welcome (even though we were late!) She showed us to our room, which was huge, and sorted out breakfast times with us (9 am at the weekend, perfect for a lay in!)
The bathroom is shared with the other room, but this didn't present any problems, and the bathroom is really luxurious (we even got some bath bombs from the Yorkshire Soap Company on the street below for a relaxing bath) it has a very nice hot and powerful shower, and lots of towels and toiletries in case you forget anything.
Our room was on the same floor and had a nice light Victorian style overlooking the street, there was tea, coffee and hot chocolate with a kettle. We also had a TV and DVD player and there is a selection of DVD's to choose from in the hall. There is also good broadband in the rooms
Sharon and her partner provided a fantastic breakfast of juices, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, toast, and a full veggie fry up, with tea and fresh cafeteaire coffee.
We sat chatting with Sharon for quite a while each day and she was a lovely host who made us most welcome, she really made us feel at home. On Sunday night we had a takeaway and ate it in the kitchen so it felt like a home from home.
Its ideally located a few minutes from pubs, restaurants and transport. We will definitely stay again when we visit Hebden Bridge.

Room Tip: The front room did have some traffic noise, but I think Hebden Bridge is busy, but we had a good nig...

One of if not the nicest place I have stayed at, if i had known of this B&B last year I could have saved a lot of money and had a better stay than a local hotel.
True mein hosts welcome you into their home like family, Sharon has a genuine interest in people and will go above and beyond to make your stay as special as possible.
Perfect location and just the right distance from town to be away from the noise of traffic but just a minutes walk into the action.
Excellent value especially compared to other local guest houses, they catered brilliantly for vegan and vegetarian diets and made a lovely breakfast.
Definitely recommend and we will be visiting again soon!

Room Tip: Front room is quieter.

Garnett's is central, welcoming and so comfortable. The room we occupied is very spacious. The adjoining bathroom offers the luxury of a generous bath as well as a shower. We appreciated the reserved parking space outside the house. Sharon is a font of information and simply nice. You could not wish for better.

My husband and I stayed at this B&B first for a few nights while we looked at property in the area, our stay was so good we stayed again the following week.
Sharon was an absolutely fantastic hostess, she was so helpful with local places to go and tips and what to do and accommodated my tough gluten free and vegetarian diet without fail as if it was no problem whatsoever (if only this was the case in every hotel and b&b we stayed in), the house is stunning with a wonderfully unique look throughout, our bedroom was amazing and the bed was really comfortable, I really couldn't think of a fault if I tried, from the location to the facilities to the delicious breakfast to the welcoming hostess; everything gets 5 stars from both myself and my husband. Even our 10 year old was blown away by the selection of books in our room. Also the free wifi was fast and great for planning our days.
If you are visiting Hebden Bridge and the surrounding area this a must for overnight stay.
Thanks so much for our wonderful stay back in October Sharon
