Good points - the comfiest bed I think I have ever slept in. Masses of hot water and a big room. It is also easy to walk to Ilkley although it is uphill on the way back!
Not such good points - litter in the car park and grounds is a bit off putting and gives a poor first impression. The trees and shrubs could do with a good pruning. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly.
