Unbelievably rude. My 2 friends and I wanted Mcgriddles. It was 4am and we were lucky to be awake during breakfast serving hours. The drive thru attendant asked us what we wanted, we politely asked for a minute to decide, as there was no line of cars at 4 am. As we were deciding, talking, joking and laughing amongst ourselves, we proceeded to order. During the order, options were changed. 1 friend decided she would rather have the mcgriddle instead of a steak bagel. We asked if hash browns were still 2 for a $1, the server replied they werent and we changed the sandwiches to meals and when it came to drinks juice coffee or soda, we ordered 2 juices and a coffee, oh but I decided to change the OJ to sprite.
This was all too much for the server at the intercom to handle, because punching buttons in a machine is difficult and timely, at 4 am with no line of cars.
The server cut us off and dismissed us. Accused of being drunk and beligerent and threatened to inform police of our presence on the property. I asked why, apologized for whatever she had percieved we had done and asked if we could just recieve our food and leave. The intercom was silent. The server refused to speak or continue the order. I continued to ask why she wasnt serving us and why she was informing police if there was no illegal activity. Needless to say the 4 am server at McDonalds was rude, angry and threatening for no apparent reason except misery, contempt and possible laziness.
The 3 of us hungry, confused and now angry left the parking lot of the empty Mcdonalds, reminding ourselves well it is fast food and unfortunately people like that lonely 4 am server over the intercom give fast food quality and service a bad name.
