This is a well laid out course. Very pretty and excellent golf. The staff are very helpful with suggestions about the course

Nothing to dislike, apart from the fact that it was so popular is took 41/2 hours to play a two-ball on a Monday. Beautiful course in immaculate condition, clubhouse friendly and surroundings perfect/ NB take a buggy to walk between holes is like playing another 9 holes!

I've stayed here a couple of times on golf breaks, if you like to play golf and love a very good hotel this is worth the money. The last time we did it was £99pp dinner B&B for one night with 2 rounds of golf and dinner in the golf club, the food is not as nice as the hotel but still decent. The location is beautiful, well away from main roads and set in acres of land. The adjoining golf course is a real challenge and well established parkland course. I would definitely stay again.

Very hilly, take a buggy! If you like a bite halfway around, buy yours before you arrive, as nothing available in the shop nor a half way house/ cart, despite a promise (twice) that there would be.
Lots of bunkers. They could do with giving a sign or two for visitors. Nice course.

Fair priced lunches in lovely surroundings. Also didn't have to play golf! Good menu choices plus specials board fish particularly nice.
Staff helpful and tables comfortable with linen napkins a rare thing these days.worth a visit if only for the views.
