My wife and I were recommended that this would be good Pub food and to ensure we were hungry.
When we entered the bar area we were made to feel most welcombe and offered a table in the adjoining area which was quiet but not cut off. Drinks were quickly served and after studying the blackboard menu our orders taken. My wife's steak was very tender and served with a nice salard and french fries, my 3 Lamb chops came with a selection of vegetables all nice and hot with gravey, real good home cooking. after a rest we both managed a sweet and coffee and were sorry we were only in the area for one night and unable to return again. Hopefully there will be another time. The staff were also polite and efficent, this Pub deserves to do well.
