“Excellent B & B”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 July 2013

Stayed for the weekend during the Bewdley regatta, comfortable, clean and amazing customer service, we even had our kit washed, dried and ready for the following races, tea and cake brought to our room and also a lift into town during heavy rain, Lois and John were fantastic hosts, the small extra touches made us so welcome and will be back next year, I would recommend this B & B to anyone coming to Bewdley

we stayed here to celebrate the new year celebration while catching up with friends in the local village.
the family room was beautiful, decorated in pale and lilac with a beautiful en suite..plenty of bubbles and clean towels..a good supply of tea and coffee in our room.
the next mornings breakfast was lovely. local bacon and sausage free range eggs and their very own honey! we were made very welcome and would definitely go back again

This is a great B&B, the friendliest owners, so accomodating and welcoming into their beautiful old house.
Amazing value for Money as the house is very clean and the Breakfast is amazing! Would recomend this little village B&B to anyone heading to Bewdley.

I stayed here a lot last year for work. In fact, there are often "regulars" staying at The Old Town Hall which is a good sign. The owners are very welcoming, and it is a lovely place to visit.

The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and I think that the accommodation is very good value for money. Breakfast includes cereal, croissants and a cooked english. All very nice, and it includes honey from their very own bees!

Bewdley itself is a nice little town. Yes, The Old Town Hall is on the top of a big hill, but I didn't find that this put me off from walking into town. The walk back is steep and will get most people puffed, but that didn't really bother me. The surrounding countryside is very pretty and there are nice walks to be done from this B and B.

Oh, and don't turn ever down an offer of cake - Lois is a brilliant baker!

We have just finished a hectic holiday taking in several countries moving constantly from location to location. The Old Town Hall felt like home. The staff are so good, going well beyond what we have experienced elsewhere. This is not so much a bed and breakfast but a home away from home. We will go back there for sure and out of all the cool stuff we did on holiday and all the sights we saw this was a completely unexpected highlight, if not the highlight.

Glad to see The Old Town Hall we have stayed here a couple of times. The owners are really friendly you only have to ask. Plenty of local information is available. They have their own home produced honey.

Rooms are to an excellent standard with lovely finishing touches and so clean.Theres a lovely garden. We were greeted with a cuppa and cake. We enjoy fishing and Lois & John did not have a problem for us to bring our fishing tackle. We did leave the mucky stuff in the car. Breakfast is really tasty, cereals, fruit juice, preserves, full english if wished, toast tea or coffee.

We would have no problem returning. Havent had the chance to go back this year.
Room Tip: we were in the garden room, handy just open the door and sit at the table and chairs outside

Searching for accommodation in Bewdley we drove up Wyre Hill looking for somewhere to turn around. Instead we found The Old Town Hall. I'm glad we did, because I'll be back! We had the private bathroom next door to our room, not the ensuite, but that is fine. Buildings are buildings.

It's friendly, comfy, quiet, and you feel at home chatting with the owners. A pot of tea on arrival and a slice of cake was a lovely touch. Ask the name of the cat!

You do need your car to go into town to eat in the evenings, but parking is plentiful and free after it opens up in the evening.
