On jubilee weekend we decided to spend a night away as it seemed everyone else had made plans and we had not. The Premier Inn in Kidderminster did not seem a natural choice but in retrospect a better decision we could not have made. This is a new hotel in an old converted Mill aside the canal in a pleasant but not astounding little town, the staff were of the highest calibre, attentive and genuinely pleasant, the interior design of the hotel sympathetic to its heritage, the rooms spacious, individual and above all comfortable with easily controllable room temp. We opted to eat in the restaurant and were given family fare in generous amounts, michelin star it's not but at the same time better than a Harvester or any chain restaurant to speak of, I could have paid twice as much and been thoroughly satisfied, have to say too that Premier absolutely thrash Travelodge in so many ways. We really enjoyed our very short break and look forward to staying here again, highly recommended in every way.

Booked this hotel as it was near to where we intended to do some walking - along the Severn and using the steam railway for transport. New hotel with rather upmarket rooms with air con. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet on the first morning as they were very busy and cooked to order on the second morning. Food was fresh and of good quality. Only slight criticism was we couldn't find a shaver socket in the bathroom to charge the toothbrush! Also you have to use the pay & display car park. Got a deal at £29 a night room so excellent value.

Booked in advance using one of the on line deals Premier Inns puts on sale for short periods - as we visiting a nearby family reunion party over the diamond jubilee weekend. Fairly new hotel. Easy to find - Parking a small pay and display charge before 6.00pm and after 8.30am. Very friendly staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. Paid for a breakfast in advance which was fine for the price. (eat as much as you like) Note it was busy before 9.00am with families- although maybe as a result of the special weekend deal and bank holiday weekend. Situated on a retail park by a canal. It was quiet we all had a good night's sleep. Convenient location.Staff were very efficient, and courteous. For a low cost value hotel - this was excellent. My wife and family stated there would have no qualms about using it again if we were visiting the area.

Dear Guest,

Many thanks for your recent review of Kidderminster Central Premier Inn on Trip Advisor.

We are all very pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us over the Jubilee bank holiday weekend.
We did have a lot of families in over the weekend, mostly taking up our offer of discounted safari park tickets and rooms. So yes breakfast was very busy from 8.30am as they were all keen to get out for the day.

Its great that you would stay with us again, we hope to welcome you back very soon

This is a really nice premier inn. The staff are really friendly and very welcoming. Ideal for Larger families / groups. Located in the middle of a shopping/restaurant complex in kidderminster, ( ie Marks & Spencers, Next, Pizza Hut ). Plenty of parking (you have to pay between 8.30am-6.00)

Room Tip: Inter connecting room, phone hotel before hand to request

Virtually brand new, a unique take on an Old Mill & Warehouse, reception is on the Top floor (strange) all the staff were welcoming and friendly and didn't bat an eyelid when confronted by a bunch of motorcyclists on Tour turned up, So a Big THANK YOU from the Roadwerx Crew for not treating us has Second Class Citizens unlike other chain hotels.
PS the Food in the The Kitchen Restaurant can be highly recommended, my only complaint was that the beer was only available in bottles and they had to restock the fridge a couple of times.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your recent review on Trip Advisor regarding your stay at Kidderminster Premier Inn. We are all really pleased that you all enjoyed your stay with us.

Its great that you felt so welcome and particulary that you enjoyed your meal with us too.

Unfortunatley we dont have draught beer due to the nature of the hotel, being upside down.
I have recommend alternative solutions to Premier Inn, so keeping our fingers crossed!

Looking forward welcoming you to Premier Inn Kidderminster again in the near future.
