Excellent location in the middle of Kidderminster, with shops (including M&S, Next, and a 24hr Tesco) close by.
Good accomodation, up to usual PI standard. Restaurant - 'The Kitchen' - service was very attentive and helpful, with a menu perhaps smaller than one might get at a pub / restaurant, but perfectly adequate for a couple of nights. I particularly liked the fact that one of the veggie meals was identified as containing Quorn - I am very allergic to Fusarium venenatum, and thus was able to avoid it.
Our only real copmplaint was that the control for air conditioning / heating in our room was complex, and we didn't master it in our two night stay. At times the room was too hot or too cold, and then the aircon would start up rather noisily. Splitting hairs, we also found it odd that the TV didn't tell us what program was on (as most DTV set-ups do in the UK now), they only showed the channel. But we managed to cope with that.
We will definitely be back - £150 for two nights dinner bed and breakfast for two (booked in advance) was excellent value, and it's streets ahead of any other options we have when we visit my family in the area.
