This hotel is the best Premier Inn I've stayed at, everything from the building, to the rooms with high windows, to the 4th floor breakfast room was excellent. Having stayed at a couple of not great hotels on my trip it was a breath of fresh air to stay here, and finally get the perfect bed! Also really good to have a big walk in shower, rather than the usual bath. With parking outside, free between 6:30pm to 8am, and any time you pay for on the meter runs over to the next morning.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your kind comments regarding your stay at Kidderminster Central. As the building is nearly 150 years old and Grade 2 listed we still have the original windows in, which adds to the feature of the building.

The ‘ Kitchen Restaurant’ has many of the original features also, such as the exposed brickwork and wooden beams. With canvasses of old Kidderminster this adds to the history of the building.

We look forward to you next visit.

First impression was, what a beautiful old building!
We checked in quite late but there was still staff on hand to help if needed, there is also a machine to 'self' check in. This gives you your key card and room number allocated to you.

The room was perfect for our needs; decent size, overbath shower, hair dryer, tv, air con.
We had a brilliant nights sleep, so quiet and comfy bed.

The car parking is free overnight until 8am but if you pay £2, this carries over to the following day and let's you have a lie in until 10am.

The hotel is well situated on a retail park with Pizza Hut and Frankie & Bennies if you fancy food nearby.

We appreciate your kind comments and glad that you enjoyed your stay at Kidderminster Central. The ‘ Quick and Easy’ check in system is an excellent method for guests to check in if the reception is busy at the time of their arrival.

With hotel being on a retail park, it is great for all your shopping needs and many shops stay open until 7pm.

Thank you for your kind comments and we value your kind words regarding the hotel and the facilities within the rooms.

A very nice hotel located on a small retail park. Pay and display car parking, payable from 8am daily. Reception on 4th floor was a bit odd, but self-service check-in is very efficient. Very close to West Midlands Safari Park.

Dear Guest,

We appreciate your kind comments regarding your stay at Kidderminster Central. The’ Quick and Easy’ check in system is very convenient for guests if the reception is busy and is located in most of our hotels. They are hopefully being launched in all of our hotels eventually.

The car park is chargeable from 8am-6.30pm and then free after that until 8am the following day. Any time exceeding 6.30pm on a pay and display ticket will roll over until the following morning.

We look forward to you staying again and glad that you enjoyed your stay.

We visit Kidderminster regularly as we have Grandparents in the area and it is too far to do the journey in one day. We have stayed at most of the hotels in the area (including the 4* ones when on offer) We were very surprised at the high standard of this hotel. It was far better than any of the other hotels that we have stayed at in the area. We found that the hotel was very clean and the decor was very modern. The room that we stayed in was huge for our large family. We liked the fact that you had to use your room key to get on the corridor so there were no waifs and strays wandering through the hotel at night so it was very quiet! The breakfast was very good (we had 2 vegetarians, a coeliac and a 3 year old with us!) and everyone was catered for. We have already booked to stay again at half term!

Stayed here with my family for one night whilst visiting West Midland Safari Park. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable nights sleep. Staff very friendly and breakfast was good. Plenty of shops in the area, great for walking off breakfast!

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your positive comments regarding your stay. The hotel is located very close and is convenient to many local attractions, West Midland Safari being one of them. Being on a retail park it is convenient for many local shops such as Next, Debenhams and Marks and Spencer. We are glad that you enjoyed our breakfast range, which includes a different variety of cooked food, croissants, yoghurts, cereals, Costa Coffees and juices.

We look forward to you staying again and thank you for your feedback.
