We stayed here for one night in a family room. The room was fabulous; great size, clean and fresh, amazingly comfortable beds. The bathroom was very clean, no complaints whatsoever. Would definately stay at this particular hotel again.

We stayed here for a Family Wedding.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
If there are no staff in reception (Via Lift on 4th Floor)then booking in is a nightmare with touch screen menu driven. This is the only way to obtain your key.
Travelling here for the first time finding the entrance to the Car Park made the air turn blue.
It really should be called the Premier Inn at Weavers Mill far easier to find then.
Our Sat Nav took us to Jewsons Yard!!!
Like everyone having to pay for Car Parking is an inconvenience, however paying for Wi Fi I think is unneccessary in 2014.
Location is good rooms comfortable.
This is my first experience of the revamped brand and I would not use them out of choice preferring to pay a bit more for the Personal touch and atmosphere

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your review regarding your stay at Kidderminster Central Premier Inn. 'Quick and Easy' check in systems are located throughout most Premier Inn sites, which aids the guest in checking in earlier if the reception area is busy at point of check in.

At your point of check in, a member of staff was cooking food for a guest and the other was attending to guests on another level. During this time it was a busy period, so there may be times when the reception desk may be unmanned for a short period, hence the 'Quick and Easy ' check in is useful to dispence your key.

I am not sure of the postcode that you used on your SatNav but the hotel postcode is DY10 1AA. The car park for Weavers Wharf is privately owned and we share it with the other shops on the retail park. Although the hotel opened in March 2012 we have attempted on several occasions to get concessions for our guests but this remains futile.

Hopefully this does not prevent you from staying at the hotel in the future.

Excellent hotel in a wonderful location! Lots of shops/restaurants on the doorstep - local swimming pool within walking distance is also worth a visit if you have young children (slides & wave machine). Fantastic Safari Park is also just a 10min drive away!
Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was also great. Staff were friendly and helpful - cannot fault the place! We can't wait to revisit!

Not a new build but very smart with being in a old mill, very good for the money, nice eating area in rooftop with the usual eating options, big car park but shared with other retail outlets so possibly a bit of a walk if you are unlucky.

Dear Guest,

We appreciate your kind comments regarding your stay at Kidderminster Central, Premier Inn. ''The Kitchen' restaurant has a nice, snug and comfy atmosphere to it and is very popular with our guests, as we have retained the original wooden beams in the roof loft.

I hope that you consider staying at the hotel again when you are next in the area.

Hotel is on a town centre retail park, but due to the rooms being on 2nd and 3rd floors and structure of the walls, there was no outside noise disturbance. Very friendly and helpful staff. V clean in rooms and public areas. Great curtains block the early am sunlight for a better sleep. Parking is free after 6.30pm but attendant is on the case early morning.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your positive comments regarding your stay at Kidderminster Central. As the building was built in the 19th century, and is a former carpet mill, it was built as a good solid structure and has lasted over 150 years. All the staff work to a high standard and the housekeeping team do an excellent job of maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms.

The curtains are made espeacially for Premier Inn so that they keep the light out and will aid in our guests having a good night sleep.

We certainly hope that you chose Kidderminster Premier Inn if you are in the area again.
