having only taken my children once before i decided that it would be nice to treat them to a afternoon at imagination street to start off it was brilliant all was fine and we were really enjoying some family time. first of all i reported that something was spilled on the structure ? wee ? juice and was dripping down although the staff did clean it up it took a little time to do it. the final straw was when a group of school children arrived between 8 and 10 yrs with there teachers they took over the structure and were running about on it which made it very unsafe. a tannoy annoncement was made for the kids to stop running but nothing further was done no one spoke to the leaders of this group. my 3yr old child was also pushed backwards headfirst down the structure by one of these children and nothing was done. when i informed the staff they said oh well. so i payed 6 pound 50 for an hour and 20 minutes and left as i felt it to be unsafe. will i go back well no it is unsafe for my children.

Dear Reviewer,

I am sorry that you do not feel that you would come back to Imagination Street. As with all Play Centres it is 'parental responsibility' at all times and the first point of responsibility for the child's behaviour is with them. We do however always get involved in issues as and when we become aware of them. In this instance I know that we not only put an announcement out but we also spoke to the teacher who went on to the play frame to ask them to calm down, indeed two of the children were even taken out of the frame to 'cool off'.
Children will sometimes be boisterous and it has to be expected, we do however do go out of our way to create an environment where all children can enjoy the play frame together. It is also why we have created a separate toddlers area and will be developing a sensory cottage in the coming months. It is also why we encourage parents to go onto the play frame with their children to both ensure their safe play and of course to interact and play with their children.
We hope to see you again soon.

Went to a kids party there today -must admit this place is so much bigger, better and cleaner than the bromsgrove one. Seats dotted about- little computers for the children- party rooms upstairs- and a balloon machine. So much better and will definitely be re visiting this one very soon!!

We visit here quite a lot as we find it great value for money. It is a massive indoor play area with lots of seats for the grown ups.
There are lots of sections which means the little ones can be protected from the bigger kids. There are computers dotted around which my 5 year old loves, a racing track (although you do have to pay extra for this), balloon enclosure and loads more. Definitely worth a visit if you are ever lost for something to do with your kids.
The food is pretty average but not badly priced.

My 4 year old and i had a lovely Friday treat here
Thought the price was reasonable for play time. He thoroughly enjoyed himself
We read the notices about freshly prepared food so were not concerned about waiting for lunch
sandwich box for son was good - nice to see a jug of juice available not just by the cup and i enjoyed a decent ham salad
loved it there and wish i had discovered it sooner!!

Visited with 10, 9, 7 and 3 year olds and all enjoyed it equally. 10 year old is only interested in playing football and both Imagination Streets are great for this - shove them at the top of the frame out of harms way!!!! Perfect. The others were just happy running round, playing etc for what must have been the best part of 4 hours. One thing I like about Imagination Street is that they don't put restrictions on how long you can stay in for. Drinks and snack prices are reasonable despite having such a captive audience. Queue was a little long but it was the holiday. Plenty of seating which is brilliant. Toilets clean. Really great day, thank you Imagination Street. Oh, and with sibling discount this is very reasonably priced particularly if you compare to others.
