“A Fantastic Cafe”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 March 2011

We went to the Rowan tree after finishing a long cold bike ride on a Friday in March. We were met with instant warmth from the staff who helped us park up our bikes safely. The food was excellent so much so that we have written for recipes. Brilliant home cooking with fantastic cakes and desserts.l very wide range of drinks with excellent main courses inventively coked. Fantastic range of excellent value tea-cosies as well! Lovely people, great little shop adjoining. They say they are planning accommodation - will be a great place to stay if the rest of the Rowan Tree is anything to go by. I very Highly Recommend the Rowan tree. Great value & experience.

“A fantastic little food haven”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 June 2008

The Rowan Tree in Bridlington is the most fabulous organic cafe I've been too! Just next to Weatherspoons it has the most varied breakfast and lunch menu for vegetarians and meat lovers- perfect. All the food is made on site by the owners and it has a lovel courtyard out the back full of plants, herbs and veg growing.
A must visit for anyone visiting Brid.

“Homemade local free range or organic food by the seaside Bridlington”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 June 2008

Great place to eat, amongst all the Fish and Chip shops at the seaside.
It is near Weatherspoons in Bridlington near the sea front.
It gets very busy at lunch time so sometimes you may need to wait for a table.
All the food is freshly homemade. Choose from yummy cakes and good coffee. Lovely lunches with good vegetarian choices.
All the produce is locally sourced, free range or organic.
There is also a courtyard to eat outside.
Well worth a visit. Staff very friendly.
