We booked this let minute on the strength of previous reviews and were certainly not disappointed. On arrival, we were offered coffee and a parking space has already been allocated for us. First impressions were how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Billy and Jan were followed by how clean the place was. We were given the family room 8 which was perfect. We had the main room and our 9 year old daughter was very close to us in the rom next door. She had bunk beds, her own TV and sink. Our room was tastefully decorated, had plenty of supplies (shower gel, toothpaste, cotton wool etc). Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. We booked a meal in Bridlington and Billy offered to drive us there. Both Billy & Jan have excellent local knowledge and gave us plenty of tips and ideas. This place is excellent and guests are looked after exceptionally well. Thank you.

Room tip: All very nice

I stayed here earlier in the week and was very impressed. The room was clean and ideal for what I wanted. The hosts were very welcoming and their breakfast was amazing! The location is a bonus, only a short walk to the sea front and town centre and there is a car park to the rear of the building. Overall excellent value for money, I'd definitely stay here again.

Its about 2 years since we first visited the Kilburn Guest House. Billy and Jan are extremely friendly and welcoming and we were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived. Our room was very well presented and very clean with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The on suite bathroom included a shower and was a good size. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choices of cereal, fruit, toast and a cooked breakfast and represented outstanding value. We would recommend The Kilburn to anyone and look forward to our next visit. Nothing is too much trouble for Billy and Jan and their local knowledge and advise on places to visit added to the enjoyment of our trip to Bridlingon and the surrounding area.

Room tip: We have no doubt that all rooms are of the highest possible standard

We discovered The Kilburn through the website Bridlington Holidays and what a gem we have found!
This is definitely one guest house we will be returning to.
Upon arrival we enjoyed a lovely cup of tea whilst sat in their wonderful bar. When we arrived It was a little early for a drink but we certainly made use of it later.
The hosts billy and Jan were simply fantastic and the home cooked food was delicious.
We requested a ground floor room as my husband has arthritis in his hips. The room and bed were so comfortable and we had a lovely night’s sleep which refreshed us ready for our beautifully cooked large breakfast. The breakfast being the best we have ever experienced in our many years of staying away.
Jan and Billy were constantly making sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible pointing us in the right direction for a few visits to the local attractions.
We were even able to park in their ample sized car park situated at the rear.
If you haven't stayed at the Kilburn yet we thoroughly recommended that you do.
We went as guests and left as friends. We will be back. This guest house is quite simply the best!
