My son and I arrived at Marton Grange for a two day golfing holiday. We were warmly greeted by the owners Paul and Janice who instantly produced a welcoming cup of tea and a slice of beautiful homemade cake. Marton Grange is a classic property beautifully furnished with delightful gardens.

Delightful breakfast menu with an abundance of high quality choices including a traditional breakfast, omelettes, smoked haddock and lovely fruits.

Marton Grange is without question several levels above the majority of accommodation in this area and warrants a five star category.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 7 - a lovely room on the first floor overlooking the wonderful gardens.

Marton Grange is the nicest B&B we have stayed in. We knew as soon as we arrived on Friday evening it was going to be a great weekend. Nothing is too much trouble for Janice & Paul, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, the room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, a really nice touch were the homemade biscuits. The breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice. We have stayed in the surrounding area many times but never stayed at Marton Grange before, we will definitely be returning.

My father spent 4 nights here last week and was absolutely delighted with every aspect of Marton Grange. Janice and Paul are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them with the sole purpose of making their guest stay memorable. This is not a run of the mill B&B and is in a class of its own, you will not find a better hotel in the whole area and deserves to be #1 The reviews on here say it all, do yourself a favour and spend your next holiday on the east coast at Marton Grange.

Marton Grange is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable - the bed was superb and the bathroom was immaculate. There was a great choice of food at breakfast and as the B and B is licensed a beer with a tasty sandwich was very welcome in the evening. Marton Grange is in a quiet location and the hosts are friendly.

Would have no hesitation in staying with Paul and Janice again. Marton Grange is in a beautiful location and Paul and Janice are the perfect hosts. The rooms are spotlessly clean and a good size. On arrival we were given tea and homemade scones, which was lovely. Our hosts recommended and 'phoned up to reserve a local restaurant for our evening meal. Breakfast was very very good. Thank you to Paul and Janice, you were fantastic!

Had a great stay at this quality B&B. very friendly hosts Paul & Janice and even tess the cat. Had a premier room very modern and elegant decor spotlessly clean, Great choice of breakfasts.Walking distance to sewerby village a couple of nice pubs on the way. Pretty central to flamborough head, Bridlington, and Bempton cliffs. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this B&B.

Room Tip: Go for the premier rooms worth the extra £10.
