First day of our golf trip we got soaked at Hornsea. When we arrived at the hotel we were offered to have all our golfing clothes towels waterproofs dried. This was all laid out for us next day.
All our stay we were made to feel welcome breakfast was very nice with genuine HP sauce.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
I would book this hotel again based on comfort, price and the warm welcome.

Recently spend a couple of nights at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely breakfast ample choice. Would reccomend to anyone for a relaxing well equipped establishment. Nothing is too much bother for the owners.

Room Tip: My room had a view of the sea

After a very busy month my wife and I needed a short inexpensive break. At first view the hotel appeared a little dated and tired. However on meeting Lesley we felt much better. A more friendly and helpful host would be hard to find.
Our room No1 was large and spacious and although dated in keeping with the hotel in general, it was very clean and well stocked with tea and coffee facilities
Breakfast each morning certainly set you up for the day A bigger portion would be difficult to find The dining area is in the old bar and needs an improvement to the lighting.
Location to the sea front and all amenities is very good only a few minutes walk in all directions Overall we enjoyed our stay and if returning we would consider Mon Fort again

Room Tip: No 1 has good sea view

This is our second stay at the Mon Fort and we have booked for next year, Lesley and Barry could not be more accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and it was like home from home. The hotel is located close enough to the town centre without the noise of a town centre. We would just like to order a bit more sunshine for next year if that's alright?

We stayed as a group of six golfers and from the friendly welcome to the cheery goodbye we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Mon Fort.

Our hostess, Lesley, could not have done any more for us, from ensuring breakfast was served very efficiently, to opening the bar whenever we wanted, the stay was excellent. She even arranged the golf as well.

Rooms are well appointed, clean and always tidy. Bathrooms equally so.

Food is very good and plentiful, a real treat when your heading out for the golf.

The price is a lot less than other, so called similar, hotels too. So called similar, because this one is above the others in my opinion, despite being less expensive.

If you're on a golfing break, and looking for a great place to base yourself, then look no further. You've found it!
