Just back from a weekend at this B & B, A warm and friendly welcome from Jill & Phil, who are so helpful and genuine nothing is too much trouble, as soon as you walk in the door you can feel the relaxed and homley atmosphere this beautiful and charming building has. The decor everywhere is gorgeous. I was over the moon with our room, it was spotlessly clean both Jill & Phil obviously understand hospitality as the care and attention to detail is faultless.Llots of homely touches, tastefully furnished and en suite facilities were fab, a shower big enough for 2! A great big comfortable bed which meant we had the best 2 nights sleep that we were late for breakfast, but again Jill & Phill were happy to sort us out The Breakfast was lush..and the dining room was spacious & the ceiling decor was the wow factor for me personaly. Provided was plenty of choice cereals, toast, fresh Juice, tea, coffee and of course a full english cooked perfectly and enough for me to keep me going until tea time. It's location is very close to the harbour and aa short walk to the town centre and a winner for us on the off street parking. Everything about our stay was excellent and we have booked to stay again next year as have a few friends. Thanks again Jill & Phill see you next year

Room Tip: Room 3 is Superb and very spacious, great big bed!

Three Gables Bridlington was recommended to us, prior to our visit to East Yorkshire in 2011, by a relative who had stayed there previously. We had previously travelled extensively in the UK in 2008 and experienced many different B & B's. We can honestly say that Three Gables is the best B & B we have stayed at and have already booked three weeks for July / August 2013. The welcome you get from Gill and Phil is second to none. They cannot do enough for you and go out of their way to make sure everything is A-OK to make your stay a memorable one. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is the best ever and if you need an evening meal the choice is excellent, something to suit every taste. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Here we come again. Can't wait. Judith & Fred Carter, Bunbury, Western Australia

Can't recommend Three Gables enough. We came across it by accident and loved its charm, warm welcome and Phil and Jill are so friendly and genuine it made our short stay feel like a real holiday. The room was lovely and comfortable and very clean and the breakfast was perfectly cooked and filling. We loved our stay and would not go to any other B&B in Bridlington now we have been to Three Gables. Nearly forgot to mention the off street parking was a massive plus as on street parking is always a worry.
We will definately be coming back

The Three Gables is so much more than a B&B. It's a beautiful old building full of charm and charachter, and is definitely a home from home. It's in a great location just a minute walk to the harbour. Although we've only been a few times it feels like we are visiting friends and you will not find a nicer couple or a warmer welcome from Gill and Phil. The rooms are beautifully presented and very comfortable, and you can help yourself to tea and coffee all day and enjoy it in the lovely new conservatory, perfect after a day out in the bracing sea air! The delicious home cooked meals are great value. There is ample car parking which is a great bonus. Will definitely be coming back for our next visit.

We have been staying at the three gables for the last three years and from our first stay we have always been made to feel very welcome. The food and accomodation have always been excellent and we always look forward to going back.
