“Friendly and Welcoming”

Have just come back from a one night stay at The Balmoral. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had a small, but very clean and comfortable, room and had one of the best night's sleep in ages. The breakfast was plentiful and nicely cooked. The hosts, Jim and Jane, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was nice to be able to sit in the bar and have a drink and chat before going to bed. Would recommend and would stay again.

I recently stayed in this guest house during my trip to Bridlington. Everything was fantastic. The food was brilliant, the bar was well stocked and very fairly priced. Rooms were absolutely stunning and spotless as was the rest of the house. Jim and Jane were absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend this guest house to anybody! I am planning another trip to Bridlington in the near future I know I will be staying here again!

Room Tip: All the rooms are great!

We have just had a very enjoyable 5 days stay with Jane and Jim, we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was very nice and spotlessly clean with excellent en suite facilities. The lounge is bright and comfortable, the breakfasts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, the bar was well stocked and with a cosy and sociable seating area for a relaxing drink and chat with brilliant hosts. We will certainly be going back again and would highly recommend this B & B.

Me and my fiance go to Bridlington the same time very year and decided to stay in Balmoral this year at the end of may 2012.
We originally booked 2 nights but decided to go a night early.
I made a simple phonecall and knew just over the phone that it would be a really nice place to stay.
Jane sounded so polite and friendly.
When we arrive Jim was exactly the same so nice and welcoming.

The rooms were impeccible and we had a gorgeous 4 poster room with a huuuge en-suite.

Very clean rooms and kept clean constantly throughout your stay!

The breakfasts were gorgeous and Jim and Jane couldnt do enough for you. Lots of variety for breakfast also.

Lovely lobby area and seating area with TV and a Wii.
Great Bar with amazing value for money.

Perfect location just behind the promenades with quick access to the beach, arcades, cinema and swimming pool as well as the famous harbour.

Would definately recommend the Balmoral House to anyone and will definately be going back.

Room Tip: Ask for room 5 :D great bed and en-suite although is on top floor so If you want a little more exce...

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we were made to feel so welcome. Jane and Jim are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Room was nice and very clean with everything you would want and an added bonus for us was the lounge (which in fact in the end we didn't use but was a lovely extra if you had wanted to sit and read etc). Easy access to bus station and harbour and beach. DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Thank you Jane and Jim.
