This a reasonably priced B&B and it is clean and comfortable and has everything as you would expect. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is a nice quality. What makes this place special is the welcome you get and the care and attention shown. We felt very at home in friendly surroundings and would go back if we are visiting the Spa as it is only really one street away. The breakfast is lovely and they really care that you have everything you need and you are satisfied. Top marks for a lovely home from home. Thank you

Stopped at this little gem of a place with our two little dogs. Lovely clean B&B, really well run and friendly hosts. We were made to feel very welcome. Lovely clean room, wonderful huge breakfast and fried bread wow!! Dogs were given a sausage after we'd had our breakfast. Lovely place we will be back

Brilliant place. Helen and Pete are very friendly and chatty and cannot do enough for you. Pete even mended my shoe!! No need for lunch as the enormous and delicious breakfast was enough til 4pm. Even two sausages for the dog. Very dog friendly, only place not allowed was dining room which was fine. Lovely location just 5 mins walk from prom. Whole place was beautifully clean and tastefully furnished. Free parking, not always outside property, but definitely within two mins walk. Lovely sunny room plenty big enough for two and large dog, en suite shower and loo. Children not accommodated for, which was a plus for us!! We would visit again and definitely recommend this place. Thanks so much Helen and Pete for making our short stay so comfortable.

Room Tip: If you are not good with stairs, make sure to ask for a lower storey room

Wow what a long weekend I had in this location. The guesthouse was fantastic large bed room and Helen could have not been more helpful if she had tried . The guesthouse is in a good location only a short walk from town and beach . Parking can. be a bit hard but we did not have a problem when we went it is by permit which Helen gave us to put in the car.The harbour is not far from guesthouse and is well worth a visit the boat trips are good value and well worth doing. The breakfast in the guesthouse was very good and kept us going well into the afternoon .Helen is a very good hostess and looks after you just like your mum would nothing is to much trouble . We had a great time here a would recommend this location to any one looking for a good stay in Bridlington the only bad part was leaving as we would have loved to stay longer we would definitely go back to this guesthouse again and love to see Helen again who made our stay a joy. Thank you Helen for a great satay and looking after us so well .
Clive and juile.
