Stayed there whilst attending concert & despite Road works at moment found the hotel very clean, good sized rooms with ironing board, coffee/tea making & lovely shower & comfy beds. In the morning had a full English breakfast which was good and hot!

So we booked the only room left in the hotel which happen to be a disabled room. We were not told it was located opposite a function room and there was a party going on, very noisy, woke in the morning to have a shower and absolutely no shower gel left so had to wash my hair with soap... Brilliant!! Carpet stained and room stinks. In the morning, tried relaxing before a full day off rugby antics and another noisy conference going on. When we complained to staff about noise, state of room, faulty air conditioning and lack of shower gel we were advised the lack of shower gel was because it was a disabled room!?!?!?! Do people with disabilities have no personal hygiene.. Very confused by this statement. Carpark is very small and staff not very helpful when advising alternative carparking. Can't tell you how utterly disappointed we are with our stay here at the Ramarda.

During one of my business trips i had to stay outside of London Center, but close to the parking in Ealing and the Tube Station.

I discovered some time ago that you can get nice rooms for a reasonable price around Heathrow Airport - so this time i did choose Ramada Hounslow.

When i arrived the parking of the hotel was packed with cars, so i went to the public parking next to ASDA and the shopping center.

After a short walk i arrived at the hotel and found out that the parking spaces had been occupied by visitors of an event in the hotel - there would be space available later that night.

My room was spacious, had a good bathroom and everything i needed.

I went downstairs to find some food - before you visit the restaurant look in your room if you can find a voucher that gives you discount in the restaurant.

The food was good and not too expensive.

Later that night i moved my car to the parking of the hotel - the parking under the shopping center and ASDA has no good reputation.

We stayed at this hotel with EF Tours with my son's school. It was clean and located very close to the tube. Our room was clean and suited our needs for 2 nights. Continental breakfast was included for 5 pounds extra you could add the hot items. It was near the airport and a distance from center city. But it was fine for our group of 25.

Check in fab nice and early, standard room, not a quality mattress, shower seal leaked, one of the milk tubs had gone off. Reasonably clean but marks on duvet. Breakfast we had continental it was ok but pricy. Would consider booking again as so easy to get to twickenham for the rugby on free bus.
