“Give it a miss until they sort out their business and living on past reviews”
Reviewed 13 April 2014

My god! Disgusted at recent visit. Boy has it gone down in both quality and service but prices are now rocketing up
Mixed grill was renowned previously now a pricey dish which is cheaper and of better quality elsewhere
The sag paneer us missing in paneer
The Hayes and Slough branches are now better. Give Hounslow a miss some of previous reviews are spot on. Management should respond to these poor reviews....come on Sunny sort this out quick

“Truly sizzling punjabi food!”
Reviewed 11 April 2014

I went to Karahi in Hounslow with my collegues, who gave a recommendation. The restaurant is equipped with several long banks where we, as a group, had a large table.
The food was excellent, fantastic look and fabulous taste - my personal best in London so far, if it comes to Indian cuisine. Additionally ingredients were fresh and tastful, and we did not need to spend a fortune, actually food and drinks for 16 people summed up to less than 20 pounds each - and we had a variety of several dishes to choose from.
I can't wait to come back!

“very hit and miss”
Reviewed 8 April 2014

Have been coming here for an number of years, but I have been finding that this place is a hit or a miss. There is no consistency in the food served. One day its the best food you have had and then on the next visit it is very average. On the last trip it was average. Lamb chops had no masala/seasoning ,the curries were good but oily. They need to send the waiters on a course in customer service and smiling.

“Poor customer service”
Reviewed 30 March 2014

Came here with 10 others for mothers day. We had a 10 week old baby with us in his pushchair, manager tried to tell us we have to leave the pushchair outside. Of course we refused stating the child is too young to sit in a high chair. Finally conceded and we put the pushchair in the corner next to our table. Very little space to move due to too many tables squeezed into a small space. A wheelchair user came into the restaurant and was told to wait outside. He complied but after 15 mins reentered the restaurant. Was plenty of space for people to move around him although the manager was adament he was causing a health and safety risk. After waiting for 30 mins someone finally asked the customer if he was waiting for a table or takeaway only to realise he was waiting to order to take away! A very embarrased manager has to apologize for acting so insensitively and in such a disciminatory manor. Was appaling. Will not be coming here again. Food is average and overpriced as well.
