Very misleading, make sure you get what they promised!!!, not genuine, crafty and cheap two individuals, standards are appalling in customer facing...!!!
Well I had a proper look before booking a family room for a week, and we were shown a fairly good condition room. it was satisfactory and requested to reserve the particular room and made a deposit.
At the time of check in,I was asked to pay the balance. made the payment, handed the key to us. Opened the door and we found it was a relatively smaller room and it was not as the larger room as we have been previously agreed by them, for the same amount.!!!! was furious, when Inquired at the reception, one of the crafty men said they thought I was to two adults..!!! when I have specifically made it clear at the time of booking number of guest, still they were expecting us to accept it and to look as if its our misunderstanding.
Guests please make sure what you book online is what you get .
If I am to mention the breakfast, well no variety if you are xpecting to spend more than a day, then most likely you wouldn't like the same kind of food for breakfast every single day during your stay.

This guest house is handy for Heathrow and you can get a tube train from Hounslow Central to Airport in about 15 mins from 4.51am each week morning . The reception was friendly though I mark the guest house down as a/ they tried to get me to give up a double room having paid for it and go elsewhere , presumably so as to fill my room with a couple and I go elsewhere as arranged by them ! b/ they promised to leave out bread and butter for me because I was leaving long before breakfast so they are not entirely to be believed perhaps ! However the guest house is ok , in a decent area and only five mins walk from Hounslow Tube station .....

Room Tip: don't get a room to front - people talking loudly there at night till late if you are trying to...

Well what can I say, we booked this hotel with a group of friends to go and watch the army navy rugby match, we booked it nearly a year ready for this date and then over the months after we booked we got some of our friends to book there aswell. About a couple of weeks before we was going down to the rugby we got an email about our booking but some of our friends never, we saved our booking with one other of our friends but the rest of friends and this was 4 rooms where all cancelled without any notice, good job they never just turned up and found this out. We believe that this happened due to the game happening but as we booked it early the owners never new about the game being on this date so they cancelled the rooms to make more money on the day.
The rooms where dreadful paint work not finished beds falling apart same as the furniture and mould on the walls in our friends room, sorry but this is the worst hotel I have ever been in and will never ever go back there, I would rather sleep in a tent than stay in there again.
As for the breakfast it didn't even smell nice so we never even tried it, as for this being 19 out of 21 that's about the right place for this hotel. It also didn't help with the noisy people staying there either, with slamming of the doors and shouting but nothing got same by the management.

Room Tip: Don't book here

I was trying to save money by staying at a low cost hotel to rest during a layover at heathrow. However, the rude management and horrible service at this smelly hotel makes it better to spend the night at an airport bench. This hotel wana be should be rated at 0 star if not lower.

The saying, "You get what you pay for" is certainly no exception to this place. First, the good points. This hotel is at good location, just a short walk (~3 minutes) from the Hounslow Central Underground station, and a bus stop is literally in front of the hotel. It's also very close to Heathrow airport, as well. WiFi is included, though it was a bit spotty for me at times. It may not be reliable enough to stream a movie from Netflix (can any hotel internet really do that well anyways?), but it can handle everything else well. A simple daily breakfast is also included, with limited options, so check beforehand if their options fit within your diet.

Now the so-so points. This is a very small place, and the hotel layout seems like those older, traditional style hotels from the past, with narrow hallways and stairwells. This seems to be more typical of denser European cities, but may not be for some Americans. I like the concept of a retro-style hotel that has older accommodations and floorplans, but have yet to find a place that executes it well. The rooms we reserved were family styled rooms, meaning that each room had its own bathroom; other rooms utilize shared bathroom fixtures. The rooms were had showed some clear signs of age, but were still roomy enough for the people we had. Room service is done every day, with a fresh towel and trial sized soap on your made bed each time. The TVs were tiny wall mounted units, and the rooms had a mini-fridge to store your own items.

Now the bad points. The bathrooms were, quite frankly, not up to par. The shower head clearly showed hard water scum, and the shower door had what may have been black mildew in the crevasses. The water pressure was also inconsistent, and seemed to depend on the time of day.

The bedrooms in general feel like the staff are just doing the best they can with the limited resources they have, and while there are some decent good qualities, there are probably other options that are worth an bit of a price increase. I can't really recommend this place unless there is some major renovations performed to better utilize the limited floorplan space.
