I have been stopping at this hotel 4 nights a week for the last 10 weeks. It is a 4 star new hotel fwith all the requirements for being away from home on buisness. The rooms and decor are superb with air con ,flat screen tele ,free internet and all toiliteries.
The resteraunt is OK-only problem in restraunt is all prices are exclusive of VAT.
Service from checking in to leaving is super-all the staff are exceptional.
The builing is totally sound proof so no noise rom Heathrow traffic.
All this and it is cheaper and better than the all the premises that advertise from £29.95 /night but charge £100.00 plus.

Very good hotel. Nice and Clean hotel. The staff was kind and serviceminded. The only bad thing is that noises from neigbours via the corridor. Why dont build hotelsrooms with proper doors? Anythingelse was exellent with this hotel. Good beds. Refridgerator. Exellent bathroom with comlimentary tioletteries .

We booked the Park Grand London Heathrow as our usual hotel of choice (sister hotel Shaftesbury Hyde Park International) was full on the date we wanted to stay. Yes it's a little outside of London we thought, but worth a try!
We arrived and immediately couldn't believe how close to Central London the hotel was, 25-30 mins by car which isn't bad at all considering it can take an hour to get across London sometimes by car! it's also 5 mins from Heathrow so it's ideally situated for both, plus there is a tube station 5 mins down the main road and plenty of bus stops.
We were a little unsure as to what to expect with it being mainly an Airport hotel but boy were we blown away. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very friendly Duty Manager who was very helpful and happy to see us. He explained everything we needed to know and checked us in with minimum fuss. The hotel is immaculately presented on first impressions, and when you do get upto your room those impressions aren't altered in any way.
On our first stay we had a double room which looked east towards London and had quite a view of the Shard and the city in the distance which supprised us again.
The rooms are very nicely presented, comfortable beds, nicely refurbished and felt very fresh. Lovely working A/C and heated bathroom floor, and a double shower too.
Plenty of complimentary toiletries in the bathroom with clean assortment of towels, fresh water in the hotel room itself and a very cold working fridge hidden away which was a nice touch.
We didn't eat at the hotel in the evening but we did have the buffet breakfast the following morning which was freshly cooked and had a very good variety.
Totally supprised by what we had stumbled upon, we decided to book another room the following weekend for a shopping trip and this time we had a twin room which was even better than the double room!
Both beds were put together which was fantastic and the room appeared to have more space than the double. Again we were greeted by the friendly Duty Manager who was very happy to see us return and again was very helpful, courteous and professional.
All of the staff on both occasions we stayed here were very polite, kind and happy to help and made you feel welcome and nothing was too much for them to do for you, which is rare in a hotel these days!

All in all, for the money, absolutely brilliant and we wont hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for either a stop over en route via Heathrow, or even a visit to London.

I don't mean to be harsh, but this hotel is not what I expected. I suppose this is what happens when you book on one of those secret deals where you don't find out the hotel until after you have confirmed your booking.

When I was reading about it, I was under the impression this hotel was either attached or very close to Heathrow. As it turns out, it is neither and in fact pretty much in the middle of nowhere. You're not in the City and you still have to PAY for a taxi to the airport. They don't have a complimentary shuttle or even offer any kind of hotel shuttle at a discount to join up others leaving on the same day. Why call yourself an airport hotel?

You have to take a bus from the station even and the station has stairs, so definitely not ideal for an airport hotel which people are obviously going to have bags with them, some like us will have large bags! And there were stairs in reception to get to the elevator, granted only a few, but still this did not make sense to me?

I would rather have paid a bit more and stayed at a hotel with free shuttle closer to the airport or just stayed at another hotel on the Picadilly line closer to the City so you can spend another night enjoying London and jump straight on the tube.

It did the job and it wasn't bad or loud or dirty and I wasn't unhappy, just maybe slightly underwhelmed.

As tourists on vacation, or rather, I should say, on "holiday", we arrived at the hotel a bit late, around 10 pm on a Sunday night. We've had reservations for about a month, so check-in shouldn't be an issue, unless of course, the hotel has decided to overbook and they have no rooms left. I was honestly appalled to hear this, never heard it before in my life, my wife understood it as them having a problem with the room, but it sure didn't seem like it considering the older couple who tried checking in after us found out they also did not have a room available. Unfortunately for them, it seemed that they wanted to hang out in Hounslow, and the replacement accommodations probably ruined their plan. Nonetheless, the staff were extremely friendly and asked for drinks on the house while our cab arrived to take us to Earl's Court (our replacement accommodations where we received free English Breakfast every morning as compensation for troubles). Honestly, this was extremely wonderful for us, as we got to stay in a great hotel 2 minutes from the tube, with a great breakfast every morning, and a great room.

Just had three nights at Grand Park. This was excellent. Very comfortable bed and clean and well equipped room. Free Wi Fi and it was quiet each night - hardly heard even the aircraft. The breakfasts were very good and the evening meals good and not too expensive. All the staff were helpful, friendly and polite especially Gagon on reception. It was only a 10 minute walk from the nearest tube station and the car park always had space - despite there being three coaches in one evening. Starbucks coffee - great.

I chose this hotel for our last night in the UK before flying out. I had read about how costly taxi services were to and from Heathrow airport and so chose this because it is not too far from the Osterley tube station (about 7 - 10 mins walk - all flat) or the bus service. As it turned out we had accumulated so much luggage during our time in England (way too much shopping!) that taking either the tube or the bus to the airport seemed impractical - and doubly so when we awoke on the day of our departure to the first rain we'd seen on our whole three week trip. On checking in I enquired about getting a taxi to the airport and the friendly and efficient hotel staff organised the whole thing. The taxi service was private and agreed a fee up front (GBP15.00) which was perfect. In terms of the room we were very impressed with its size and modern decor and the double glazing kept out the majority of the traffic/flight path noise. My daughter was thrilled with free WiFi and the large wall-mounted TV. The room had tea and coffee making facilities. The only down sides that I can think of is that it is that there are some steps from reception to get to the lift and we had asked for a twin room (to us this means two beds - I was travelling with my 16 year old daughter) but we got a double bed instead. The bed itself is also very high off the floor. However, in all, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely book there again if I wanted proximity to the airport.
