Staff are excellant and hotel is very comfortable with restaurant serving the standard Premier Inn menu
What lets the site down is the parking, if you are later in the evening you can find yourself in the entry road on double yellow lines
Still gets a very good for the location, facilities and price overall

Room Tip: Quietest is high airside

Stayed there for one night after missing my plane.
Isolated place but you have almost everything within the hotel compound.
Staff - excellent, Chiara at check-in did her best to suit me and changed 3 rooms so I can be comfortable. Hotel bar and restaurant was great, good food on reasonable price + the spirits were 35ml and the double was just a top up of 1,5 pound. The bar personnel was excellent, I want to mention a very nice guy called Amol who did everything for us to feel comfortable!

Cheers,

Room Tip: Get a room that is not near the ventilation shafts, too noisy

Premier Inn is about as good as you can possibly expect from a budget hotel. The staff are engaging and helpful, the rooms are perfect for their purpose and the location is perfect for Heathrow.

We had a one-night stopover after partying with friends.

The automatic check-in terminals were very user friendly and quickly responsive.

Due to a burst water main we were told that would be no cold water until 11:00 on the following day and all credit to the hotel's management team for informing us and keeping us updated.

The room was standard Premier Inn with all the fixtures and fittings expected from a PI hotel. Dinner that night was excellent and good value although we could only manage one course each, largely due to feeling hungry after the party or so we thought!!!

The following morning the 'hot water only' became 'no water' thanks to Thames Water Utilities not repairing or failing to provide contingency plans. Consequently the hotel had no water within and anyone checking out was given full refunds including waiving of car parking fees. One manager kindly gave us complimentary fruit juices for our journey home and told us the he had no option but to close the hotel to new guests until the water supply was reinstated.

This Premier Inn is one of their best, and they handled their crisis well, pity the same could not be said about Thames Water Utilities.

We stayed at this location for one night prior to flying out to USA .
Excellent customer service for a budget hotel. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
The only problem was that our taxi driver had difficulty finding the hotel. I have printed the map and the directions from the web site, but he still had a difficult time, maybe because it was dark. If you take a taxi , be sure that the driver knows where the hotel is.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in between flights and it far exceeded our expectations. The lobby area is huge and is very comfortable and inviting. There are many areas to sit and relax including a Costa Coffee, a bar, and a restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable and well laid out. Our room was right next to the elevator, which we thought might be a noise problem, but we never heard a thing. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a hotel close to Heathrow. We thought it was great!

We had been staying elsewhere in England but needed a one-night stay close to Heathrow airport the night before our departure. We had never stayed at a Premier Inn so weren't sure what to expect for £39. First impressions were great!

Reception: We were immediately impressed with the warm welcome, easy check-in and the beautiful lobby area. It can become quite busy in the lobby but all the little seating areas and conversations make it look like a big community coming together.
Room: The room was simple and comfortable, with tv, hair dryer and tea kettle/cups. We had to ask for tea as our basket had run out. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and we didn't hear any airplanes. We would have appreciated phone instructions and never figured out if there was a wake-up service so we just used the tv timer. This is a no-frills kind of place; no toiletries are provided. We slept very well once we got past the (smoke alarm??) flashing red light right over the bed.
Location: Easy to get into London. We took the 111 bus from right out front of the hotel. This route terminates at the Central Bus Station at Heathrow, connected to the tube. The Hotel Hoppa also picks up at the same stop out front of the hotel. On check-out day the Hoppa ticket machine was malfunctioning (WHY is it at the other end of the lobby away from Bath Rd?) so the hotel reception told us it was £4 and to pay the driver when he came. The price was actually £4.50.
Restaurant: At night the lobby area came alive and it was just beautiful with the fairy lights decorating the trees. We could not resist joining the ambiance and having a dessert and tea at Thyme, the lobby restaurant. This was the only unpleasant hotel experience. We were seated quickly enough, and then, quite frankly, forgotten. It was a Sunday night, not very busy and we wondered if they were short-staffed. We did not, as we had hoped, linger for an hour over dessert; it took us an hour to GET it. Oh, and when they did bring it (a dessert tasting plate) they had one of our choices wrong. After such a long wait, we dared not risk asking for a correction. The serving staff just did not seem to have time for us. Not the experience we'd hoped for. Our tea was finished when dessert arrived and we foolishly requested more hot water, which never arrived. We scrounged our cash together to pay so we could leave quickly. There are good reviews for Thyme on here so it can't always be like that, but I would not go back.
Overall: Lovely, clean hotel and an ideal alternative to the splashy big names for just one night. Good location; friendly reception staff. Wouldn't recommend the restaurant based on our own experience.
