The food is genuine and tasty. I popped in one lunch time to place an order for later collection early evening. About £40's worth of food. I arrived as planned to be told they had 'forgotten to cook it'
Nice. No apology. Nothing. Get lost.

The outside of the cafe does not look so inviting and to be quite honest the inside is not that salubrious. However, the friendly service and quality of food makes up for this. Staff went out of their way to ensure we received what we wanted and all done with a friendly smile.

if ever there was a place that was crying out for one of those Gordon Ramsay's kitchen Nightmares type makeover, it's this one. Lovely people serving good food with all the business acumen of an over-excited 6 year old running their first stall at the school fete. They've tried everything to get more custom, from moving the counter from the front to the back to the front again, to installing a piano at the back for that retro feel, to having a coffee 'express window' for those people who are so busy on the frenetic streets of Isleworth they couldn't possibly enter the premises and walk 3 feet to the counter, to extending the venue by twice the size to achieve a slightly more empty and uninviting ambiance. Currently there's a poorly printed sign on the door advertising their photocopying services. Which isn't really what you're looking for in a sandwich shop. The simple things however do not seem to have occurred to them, like fixing the front door, which for the last few years hasn't closed properly, making the place look about as appealing a place to eat on a winter's day as a walk-in freezer. They might also consider tidying up occasionally and removing the huge stack of unopened mail that sits on a side table next to the printer, with an overloaded extension cable dangling precariously beneath it. Or perhaps giving the place a lick of paint so it doesn't feel like an abandoned front room. Having not made up their mind whether they're a cafe or an authentic Nepalese restaurant, they open every evening, going head to head with the extremely popular, cosy and welcoming Dhaba restaurant next door. Unsurprisingly they don't appear to come off well and it remains spectacularly empty every night. It's a shame because the food is actually quite nice. But they really do need to get the basics right.
