“Good value, convenient location”

The location is excellent, next to train station, near pubs, cafes and shops. The staff made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. The one problem was sound from trains. We left windows open in hot weather.

Arrived Sat 3:00. Very hard to find hotel and access seems to be though an office car park with a barrier. Make sure you know how to find it before you set off. Everything else OK although no drawers and bedside tables. Staff good, and breakfast OK (kids eat free).
If you're staying more than one night you need to talk to reception about the parking options locally.

Stayed here with a friend as we were attending a concert in the stadium . Hotel is the usual travelodge very basic but close to town . We didn't love the room , a very small window . Food options are limited so we got a takeaway from a nearby pizzeria

Five of us stayed at this hotel on Saturday evening. All enjoyed the stay and would stay here again. The receptionist was very good and let us look at a choice of rooms as she didn't have a twin room available. The rooms were of an adequate size and clean and modern. It was a very hot day and as a result the rooms were hot. The window did open slightly and a fan was provided which unfortunately didn't work in our room! We had to sleep with the window open, and could then hear the noise of the traffic outside. However, having had a few beers, we managed to sleep ok. The beds were very comfy. There was no internal noise from other rooms or corridors. Whilst the hotel does not have any parking, there is a multi storey just around the corner, so that wasn't a problem for us. We paid a very good price for the rooms and we would stay here again.

Far better than expected. Staff very pleasant rooms large and comfortable, Bathroom was clean and designed for efficiency. with windows closed no noise was heard from the trains next door. I did not even know I had a family with two girls in the next room.

Stayed for two nights in the recent heatwave with our two year old daughter. Whilst the rooms are not airconditioned the staff did everything they could to accomodate the situation by offering a ground floor room and a fan, as the family rooms are on the fourth floor and the windows open only slightly. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Twickenham, with a Waitrose close by and local coffee shops etc. For the excellent price of the room (which was spotless) and an above average breakfast, the final comment has to be the helpfulness of the staff who made the stay for all of us, first class!

The location was perfect for me being adjacent to the railway line. Obviously one pays the price of the noise of the trains. The reception is at the end of a long 'corridor' which is not particularly welcoming and the bar and eating area tucked away. Everything else was very goiod and as expected.
