My first time staying at a Travelodge hotel and I have to say it was very nice.
It is situated right next to the rail station so no problem finding it.
The receptionist was very pleasant as were all the staff. Breakfast was buffet style with the usual cooked options as well as cereal , toast , fruit, juices and hot drinks. Premier Inn do it better but not really a criticism.
My room was fine, but yes there is building work going on as the station is being completely rebuilt. I was facing it and didn't have any problems with noise etc. Depends on how deep you sleep and most people don't sleep well in any hotel on their first night!
I was on floor 8, double bed, shower, TV, desk, tea & coffee, clean and well maintained.
Wifi - I paid the £3 for 24 hours
The famous Cabbage Patch pub is across the road and the stadium is about 1 mile away - the hotel again is in the perfect spot.
I will gladly stay here again the next time I'm up for a concert

Room Tip: Nine floors - I was on floor 8 which was very good

the room was excellent, the only thing missing was air conditioning, a fan was provided but with the window open you could hear all the noise from the building site next door and the road .the staff were very helpful

The Twickenham Travelodge is one of the cleanest and convenient hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are clean and new, as are the sheets and pillows of the bedding. The bathroom was spotless. Staff were very friendly and obliging. A nice place to stay, and right near the train station, the shops and 15-20 minute walk to the stadium.

Whilst we only stayed briefly due to trains being cancelled at Twickenham. We found sympathetic staff a wonderful manager Gabrielle and a good atmosphere in the restaurant. So a good place for a stay in Twickers!

Spent Saturday night at the hotel but hardly slept due to the excessive noise from outside. Although facilities are good with a good breakfast offering, the lack of sleep effected my 4hour drive home.
