Description: The Kling House Restaurant is the home of Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse, PA. The house nurtured three generations of Klings and Burnleys before the Lancaster County farmhouse became a restaurant. The front porch, living room, dining room and office remain in tact but now we greet hungry guests for breakfast or lunch. Although coconut cream pie has become our signature dessert, the breakfast or lunch menus are full of Lancaster County recipes which feature Kitchen Kettle Village products. Cinnamon raisin French toast or baked oatmeal for breakfast. Cranberry chicken salad served open faced with Kitchen Kettle Cranberry Orange Marmalade for lunch. And the very best shoofly pie in all the land. We sometimes eat shoofly pie for breakfast! At Christmastime we offer special dinners with Mrs. Claus and Yummie the five Friday nights between Thanksgiving and December 19th. These magical nights fill up quickly, click here for all the details. When the weather cooperates, enjoy outdoor dining on the Terrace. You can watch the buggies go by and just relax in the sunshine.

When you stay at the Inn breakfast is free. You choose from three selections - either eggs with toast and home fries, or french toast or oatmeal - coffee with refills are free. And of course you get their homemade jams for your toast.

The food was great, with generous portions. Waitstaff very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a window seat and were able to people watch at Kitchen Kettle Village.

Probably the best place to eat in Kitchen Kettle Village. The food was good but not great. I had a pulled pork sandwich. It was lacking BBQ sauce and the sauce that was on the sandwich wasn't that flavorful. The service was very good, fast and the waitresses were very attentive and friendly. It was like they knew us and made us feel at home. I'll go back and try something else.

My wife and I ate lunch. Try the chicken sald sandwich. They put cranberry's on it, it's great. Also try the turkey sandwich it has cranberry relish mayo on it. All the food is fresh. You can get the lunch special for around 12 bucks, that's with a cup of soup and beverage. I would come back agian.

Great location in the heart of town, good food at a reasonable price. Would recommend the jalapeno cheddar fritters and the sweet potato fries!
