We stopped here Jan 10th-Jan 12th for my sons 13th birthday. We choose this hotel for it's closeness to Wembley and the tube links into London.
From check in to check out the staff were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. They all made a fuss for his birthday and on his birthday breakfast even sang happy birthday to him.
The room was larger than expected for a Premier Inn room, was clean & to same high Premier Inn standard. The view from the room was worth alot more than what we had paid!
We found the onsite TableTable to be very nice and ate breakfast with the hotel both mornings. A short walk across the road we found a designer outlet park with various options for eating.
The tube station is a 2min walk from the hotel but due to tube closures we had to get a bus to the next station along but was easily done.
The only negative we had was the shower in the bathroom did leak when using it but after speaking to friends all showers appeared to be the same.
Will deffinetly use this Premier Inn again when visiting London and would reccommend to anyone who wanted to visit London

In general, I have found Premier Inns to be quite basic but clean and affordable, and this was definitely our experience at this particular location. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights just after Christmas as part of a Thomas Cook football package (it was the only way we could get tickets to see our favourite team). It was immediately next to the tube station, which was a HUGE plus! Several lines were closed due to maintenance the entire time we were there, so it was a bit frustrating to not be able to use one of the lines that serves the Wembley Park station at all. But the metropolitan line and multiple transfers always got us where we were going.

The neighborhood was quite sparse and food options were extremely limited outside of the hotel. There were a few small pubs and 2 or 3 fast food places nearby, so we pretty much always had to use the tube to get anything decent. There was a big shopping area within walking distance where there were a few general-looking food options, but we didn't eat there because we are not big fans of generic American chains like TGI Friday's.

The room was basic, with basic amenities (soap and conditioner dispensers on the wall and small, rough towels). The bed was not of high quality and was quite uncomfortable. The tv was very small but suited our needs. The toilet did not work well, the sink did not drain properly, and the shower was weak. But the service at this hotel was WAY above and beyond what I would expect from a hotel in this category. The front desk, bar, and kitchen staff were all extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This, along with the price, was the best part about our stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the stadium!

A GROUP of 7 of us (4 adults 3 kids) fancied a break post Christmas pre New year so booked this hotel due to location and price and wow we were so glad we did so you don't expect much from any budget chain hotel but as long as it's clean and has what you need your on a winner! But let me tell you this is so much more!! From the minute we arrived the service from the staff was impeccable smiles friendly attitude helpful advice nothing was too much your reception staff are a credit to the company rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of pillows and towels it was a little cold but extra heaters for 1 room and quilts for the other as requested were supplied in an instance. Breakfast was almost perfect most things in plentiful supply and eggs cooked to order I was a little disappointed 2 mornings there was no fresh fruit or yoghurt and 1 morning no croissants and muffins either but I was refunded and nipped to the tesco and picked some up no issue everyone else was more than happy. A particular shout needs to go the the fantastic chef who when the kitchen closes at 10pm when you ask at 10.15 if there's any chance of some food stays and cooks for 7 of you then waits till you've finished to come and see if everything was ok is superb I will not hesitate in booking this hotel for future london stays with family and friends the tube to central london is literally 30 seconds across the road and london is 20 mins away on the metropolitan Line

I stayed as we were attending an event at Wembley Arena on Friday night and this hotel was brilliantly located for this. A short pleasant stroll down Wembley way and we were there and parking on site was really easy to navigate to

It was the day before the Rugby League World Cup semi final and so understandably the place was busy, the front car park became a meeting point (Where they were making a killing selling 2 pint beers) and the restaurant was busy with fan clearly stocking up for a busy day with large breakfasts but the food was good quality and the service at the front desk was great.

A functional hotel, a pleasant nights stay and good breakfast with the option of extending parking was exactly what we wanted and what we got, the service at the front desk when checking in and out and behind the bar in the evening were what made the experience better than anticipated and why I can understand why the hotel is ranked no. 1 for the local hotels in the area despite there being some pricier alternatives on offer.

The building itself is quite dated, this is evident in the reception area and corridors. The staff are simply excellent. Room was much bigger than expected but that's where expectations ended. Bed not comfortable. Breakfast is brilliant.
