“Fab food, friendly staff...loved it!”
Reviewed 23 June 2013

Been here a couple of times and came out smiling both times! Brings back the street food of India to London without compromising on the taste :)

Staff are very friendly and attentive. Great combination of options from spicy to mild to suit everyone's taste. Can't recommend it enough and looking forward to my next visit! :)

“Mombasa Reunion 2013”

It was great celebrations. It was very enjoyable.this was our 3rd union. We selected this restaurant as it was pure vegiterian and also caters Swaminarayan and Jain. Staff and manager were very helpful.

“Disappointed with the taste of food”
Reviewed 23 June 2013

Just when you get excited about a chaat place in Wembley, the experience does not live up to expectations. We went there after a day out in London. It is a very narrow joint with tables crammed into it for maximum serving capability. We ordered ragda pattice, samosa chaat and pav bhaji. The taste was passable and nothing like the authentic taste of Mumbai street chaat. Service is pathetic and the waiters are not interested in catering to your service. The lady who took our order was plainly disinterested with a very curt, stern attitude. This was my last visit and would not recommend visiting. Jashn and Saravana Bhavan which are on the same street are better options.

“Bad experience for a special occasion”
Reviewed 16 June 2013

Went to Kailash Parbat for Father's Day. Food seemed tasty until I found a stone in my chaat. Hurt my tooth. Manager appologised, said all right things & i suggested a discount. Bill comes with no discount. Then manager remembers & simply removes the dish from the bill which counted for 5% thinking that's good enough. It's a disgrace when you consider service charge is typically 10% & we spent near £100. No concept of customer service. Will never go there again & would not recommend to anyone.

“Horrible Service, Ok food”
Reviewed 16 June 2013

We went to this restaurant for Father's Day and were very dissapointed. Upon arrival we were told that they were only serving chats till 6pm, this was OK with us as it was 5.15. The Chat's were very nice but as soon as we finished them it started to go downhill. We waited a good 15 mins to order our mains and by this time they had started to get really busy. The waiter answered a phone call halfway through taking our order and then nearly walked off without completing our order. He then could not tell us which items were in the platter and refused to change the toppings in the sandwiches saying that they were too busy in the kitchen. We'd asked for a simple cheese toasted sandwich. When we asked to speak to the manager, he just walked off completely ignoring our requested and we eventually asked someone else to speak to the manager. He was quite agreeable and the kids did get their sandwiches and again it too another 5 minutes before our order was complete. My In laws ordered the chana bathura which were delicious but the KP platter was not. The paneer has not been grilled at all and it tasted like it had just been fried. The paneer lababdar tasted like a pasta sauce had been used. All in all it was a very disappointing father's day meal .
