“POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE”
Reviewed 30 May 2014

I've lived in Wembley for the last 8 years and I was excited at first to hear they were opening a new outlet. But after being there and the struggle to get in and out with poor signage for the parking services. Then on top when you go into the outlet, they tell you free parking if you spend over £30.00 but be careful there is poor signage telling that on event days, you have to pay. The discounts for the outlet aren't great aswell. You might aswell go to Brent Cross in the summer sale. You get more choice!

“Not what you would expect!”
Reviewed 25 May 2014

The location is great and it's a great idea but the shops are not really designer outlets very run of the mill shopping experience.....there is a cinema complex too which again is a bonus....loads of eating places not badly priced considering the location.....would like to see some much better brands to increase the top end shopping experience.....hopefully when all the shops are occupied better brands will be available....but nevertheless it adds real value to the area....would recommend a visit if you in the area!

“Small but great location”
Reviewed 7 May 2014

Loved just having the ability to meander through the shops while in between sessions of a recent conference. The dining opportunities were superb. Wide range of food choices and prices.

“Nice but not great”
Reviewed 3 May 2014

Today is our second visit here. As on Good Friday, we came to the kid's screening at the Cineworld, and had lunch - the movie was under a tenner for 5 of us, lunch was over £50...

Access to the cinema is quite difficult if you have trouble walking, as my mother-in-law does, as the lifts and escalators are scattered about and the cinema is on level 4.

My 4 year old enjoyed the play area, and the shops are good. Parking is free if you spend £30+ on non-event days.

The whole place still feels rather empty compared to, say, Brent Cross but I'm not complaining...

“Be better in six months!”
Reviewed 28 April 2014 via mobile

Great place, difficult to find, lack of signage (car park (red) entrance is on the same road as the grubby looking Holiday Inn).

A lot of the units aren't open yet but are cleverly disguised so you dont notice. Also the drains stink so I guess they are still working on a few things. Play park isnt open (we went 7/4/2014) despite it being advertised on the radio.

Some great shops, loved the Guess outlet and Lindt shop, prices arent all that low but you still get discounts.

Lots of places to eat, we chose Coast to Coast and Costa.

Free parking if you show you have spent £30.

Looking forward to going again in the summer when its fully established.
