Went there for takeout. Was told 20 minutes, waited 40 minutes and they gave a customer after me witn his order. When I complained about it, was told there is nothing they could do. No apology or any offer of a drink or anything. Cancelled order and got refund..they were still not bothered and still no apology.
To top it all, they were not bust at all..
Hopeless, terrible, have no words for them
AVOID.

We went there for father Day and had booked a table. Order was not take for almost 15 minutes in spite of requested to take order, they were not interested. The food came like 45 minutes later, they could not even serve the drinks. When I requested for the drinks they said they were making them, making a can of Coke for all of us. They could not simply serve us cans of cokes which took 30 minutes. The restaurant is very small and all the time of our stay there people were queuing for orders and leaning on our chairs. There was no service and it was so hard to get hold of any staff. One of our dishes came when we finished out meal. The management does not take things seriously as they do not know how to. Also rubbish and used plates and glasses form used table were stacked on the side and not cleaned or taken away. I would never recommend to any one.

We wanted to get back home experience so decided to go there! We initially went to the pay point but sat waiting for someone to take our order and none came for 15 minutes! The bhajias were very salty and the chutneys were watery with that ready made export quality artificial test! One piece if rasmalai costed us same as a pack of 3 from asda! The price were extremely high based on previous footfall! The only thing we liked was special Faluda! They should reduce price! If want to keep the same then increase the quality of service, at least should place a menu card on tables!

World famous "Maru Bhajia and Maru Chutney". This restaurant is extremely busy so be prepared to wait, I know it isn't easy staying calm for 30-45mins in a queue. Think of it this way, each minute you wait must mean the food is that Good!!! The menu does offer other options usually too full to try those... Great for Vegetarians

Would recommend the owners to go back to the original Chutney taste, really hot and spicy with plenty of garlic.
