I have just returned from a wonderful two week stay at Beech cottage - perfectly situated for many of the sites Cornwall has to offer - only a twenty minute drive to Eden project - close to Looe - Bude - Polperro etc. Little touches of luxury ensured our stay was both restful and comfortable. The décor was superb, real wood flooring, doors, windows. Views to both the front and rear were breath taking. A lake full of fish, two gorgeous donkeys. The kitchen was fully equipped with integrated appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer etc. Little touches included DVD's, books, board games. We used the indoor pool, the games room, the shallow outdoor pool, the gym etc. on many occasions. The beds were comfortable, the linen fresh. The views to both the front and rear were breath taking. We spent a few days just relaxing it was that lovely. If I had to say there was a negative then it would be that the sofas, although very tasteful and complimentary to the décor - were not very comfortable. This did not however infringe on our stay. The owners were very helpful and welcoming and I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful oasis of tranquillity in Cornwall.

Booked their special swim break programme with Olympic open water champ Cassie Patten & just couldn't fault it. Cassie was wonderful & really improved my stroke. Having our own endless pool right by your cottage & really nice cottage was just perfect. weill be back for next pre-season!
PS Cassie also gave my eldest (10) a session & that went really well too.
Sorry for the delayb in posting this!
