We stayed here for one night and can not fault the place.
We were greeted and checked in very quickly
We were asked had we stayed in a premier inn before and did we know about the guarantee
The room a family room was great, lovely bathroom and every thing we needed.
We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but the next morning had breakfast you couldn't ask for any thing more great selection of continental, cooked, fruit, juices, cereal and yoghurts and tea and coffee great value for money and under 16 eat free
Clean and tidy and excellent value for money

Great welcome by friendly and informative staff. Had excellent stay and would certainly tell my friends and family about this hotel. Great nights sleep and great food at the attached restaurant. Found everything very satisfying and will be definitely going back

The room was very good, but let down by a very hard mattress and we could feel the springs giving us a sleepless night and aches in the morning. Informed that mattress toppers could not be provided.
We did get our money back, but the staff seemed a little reluctant and we had to push for it and it was not with a smile, which has put us off. Perhaps we were just unlucky that time with an otherwise good clean modern hotel.

Nice hotel, but my room was too close to busy main room, also had problem with heating controls, the manual explaining controls doesn't explain how to turn off fan. fan kept me awake till approx 230am as i thought this was the norm as it doesn't mention turning the fan off in the manual after lying there a few more hours, i then figured out for myself how to turn it off after pressing random buttons

Im mentioned to receptionist in the morning, who said she had no knowledge of the controls and maybe i should stay at the premier inn she normally works at as they dont have these controls, that was of great help! there was also another customer behind me mentioning the same problem.

i slept for approx 5 hours, no mention of if you've had a bad night we'll give you your money back?

All good with only one downer - they use battery eggs in the restaurant (which are awful - they look bad all runny and pale and taste horrible) and for me, that spoilt an otherwise excellent breakfast.
The self service part is always well stocked and good quality and the fact that they cook the hot food to order means that it is lovely and fresh. Very Good (apart from those battery eggs)
