“Eat elsewhere, bring Ear Muffs”
Reviewed 22 April 2014

The TableTable restaurant next door...? ONLY eat there for breakfast... Breakfast was great. the evening meal the night before... A JOKE... expensive, Poor quality, tiny portions, Beef Lasagne with no beef, and deserts the Chef would not dare to serve at home! Plus it took over an hour for my wife to get someone to bring her a bill...!!! (I had left earlier as I couldn't stand to stay any longer!) Could not possibly recommend anyone eat there (except maybe for breakfast ~ it's a shame they didn't serve breakfast for Dinner).

The Premier Inn was as you would expect / hope ~ except the Air Conditioning and Bathroom Fan (the one in our room and the rooms around us) noise made it impossible to sleep... Speaking to the Reception staff was as much a farce as the Dinner and sleeping experiences... They were not interested... NO Good Night guarantee here...

We were a family of 4 staying 1 night for a friends wedding nearby - it cost us over £150 for Dinner, a Sunday night stay and Breakfast - Next time we'll use a 4* hotel...

Clean friendly and quiet. Was ideal for our journey from essex, used it as a stop over after travelling down late evening and before going to our holiday cottage. Would of preffered a £29 deal but price was good value

As per our previous stay we were made to feel most welcome. All staff were helpful and friendly. The room was fully equipped and very clean. I was delighted to have full use of free wifi due to premier inn trialling their new network system at this site.
I would like to thank all the staff at this premier inn for making our stay such a pleasant one.

The hotel was very good. Clean, comfortable and quiet. However, the dining experience was very poor. The food quality at the neighbouring Table Table restaurant was extremely disappointing and the service was dreadful. I understand the dining is of the mass market, faux traditional style and as such I didn't expect Michelin starred fare, but that is no excuse for taking the best part of an hour to cook some dry bacon and rubbery eggs.

We stayed here for one night and can not fault the place.
We were greeted and checked in very quickly
We were asked had we stayed in a premier inn before and did we know about the guarantee
The room a family room was great, lovely bathroom and every thing we needed.
We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but the next morning had breakfast you couldn't ask for any thing more great selection of continental, cooked, fruit, juices, cereal and yoghurts and tea and coffee great value for money and under 16 eat free
Clean and tidy and excellent value for money
