Excellent staff. They were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and had all the essentials, air con could help. Bathroom was very clean too but could do with a bit modernisation. Would recommend for a short break.

We stayed here for one night on route to Penzance. The man on reception was cheerful and we were booked in promptly. Our room was on the first floor - beware anyone with mobility issues, there is no lift. It was a very warm evening and I was worried when there was a tiny little fan trying to dispel the heat half way up the stairs. The room was clean and a sheet had been left on the bed to use instead of the duvet, thank goodness, as the heat in that room was stifling. There was a fan, but this hardly made any difference. The room needed air conditioning, it was very hard to sleep in there. The bathroom wasn't the best. It needs a refurbishment to bring it up to date, but it was fine for a one night stay. Breakfast was in the Brewers Fayre next door. Not good value and not the best quality for sure, although the service was good. All in all, a standard Premier Inn hotel, just don't go there when it's hot.

Room Tip: Ask for a ground floor room if you have mobility issues. The hotel has no lift.

Thank you for reviewing your stay unfortunatly we are experiencing unusually high tempretures at this time & as you rightly put we have tried to minimise this by placing extra sheets & fans in rooms I hope that this does not deter you from returning to us in the future.

Another satisfactory night at Premier Inn. This time in Hayley, in Cornwall. Very pleasant staff, quiet night. We would recommend this hotel. We stayed for one night on a visit to friends in Penzance. It's not very easy to see the hotel from the roundabout but just look for the MacDonalds and you're there.

The rating above is for the Premier Inn and not for the attached restaurant. Excellent friendly Premier Inn, Rooms are spotless, Bathroom very clean, folded sheets were also left in the room as it was quite warm during our stay and fans were also provided in the rooms. Staff on reception were excellent and very accommodating, when I asked for ground floor room. P.S (For any oldies or youngies who don’t like stairs request a ground floor room, there is no lift).

Car Parking is ample and there is also a Petrol Station and small retail park next door. (M&S, Next, Boots, Costa etc.) I would imagine the majority of people staying here are holidaymakers at this time of year. There are some fantastic beaches nearby.

The only thing what lets this Premier Inn down in the attached restaurant next door (Logan’s Moor) even though they are part of the same chain (Whitbread). The whole experience can only be described as an expensive self-service café. Meals on both evenings were left 90% uneaten(We opted for the main menu and not the buffet) Food was basically overcooked, the meals served bordering on “warm” , served on cold plates, no customer service what’s so ever, no check on tables to see if meals OK. Personally I would avoid this restaurant. McDonald’s next door would have been a better option or the hop over the roundabout into Hayle as we were told later there are a few nice restaurants there. The Restaurant was obviously very busy due to its location not for its popularity (Sorry) .

Clean and comfortable in convenient location for business in West Cornwall; standard Premier Inn located on A30 for ease of access. Not noisy. Bathroom fan malfunction in this room. Shower was pitiful but I was informed water pressure in summer due to too many holidaymakers

We stayed here the night before sailing to the Isles of Scilly. The room was very clean and it was lovely that we were provided with a fan for the room and a bed sheet as the weather was quite warm. It was also nice to be informed if we needed any further refreshments for the room to just ask at reception.

We did have a problem with the bathroom fan as it was extremely noisy, however Joy on reception was very helpful and after getting no help from the maintenance team came to the rescue herself and helped us change the settings. Would recommend using this as a pre/post scilly stop over!

Easy to find off major junction before Hoyle, close to St. Ives. Plenty of parking. Eating places & retail park on site. Only a few minutes away at Leland Saltings there is a park and (train) ride for St. Ives (fare £4 each, plus parking - but well worth it) - be aware, though, that a steep hill is involved down to the harbourside, and the initial train-platform gap is not for the faint-hearted or infirm. Back to the hotel ... very friendly, helpful receptionists, big & comfortable room, very good breakfast served at pub eaterie next door. Recommended.

Room Tip: No lift, so request a ground-floor room if stairs are an issue.
