Stayed here for 3 nights .On arrival at the reception two members of staff welcomed me warmly. Checking in was quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and I must mention the bed, extremely comfortable. Breakfast across the car park in the May Tree was rather good. I have stayed at Premier Inns in the past , due to work, this one seemed a slight cut above the others. Very good value indeed.

Stayed for 2 nights and had 2 elderly relatives with us each with their own room. All 3 rooms were excellent, clean, comfortable, lovely bathrooms, brilliant reception staff. Beds were very comfortable. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Breakfast at the May Tree was a lovely experience too. This is our second Premier Inn and probably won't be our last. Would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here for one night at the start of our holiday. It was the perfect place to relax after a mammoth day of driving! The rooms are comfortable and clean. We both had a brilliant nights sleep. We were greeted by Kim on arrival who was lovely. We dined in the neighboring restaurant, the May Tree which we also really liked. The check out time of 12pm is also brilliant following a long day of travelling when you want a lie in! No rushing around! Excellent value for money! I am sure we'll be back again!

I had never stayed at a Premier Inn before but if they are all like this one I will be using them more often.

We choose this hotel because it was the closest one to the family we were visiting. I was a little worried because it was cheap and that, in my experience, means dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds and loud guests. How wrong I was!

Welcomed by the nicest receptionist. She was so friendly and really seemed to be happy working there. The place was clean and we got checked in really quickly and had all our questions answered. We were told that if we had any problems then we should tell them immediately and if they were at fault our stay would be free!

The hotel had signs everywhere asking for people to respect the other guests and to be quiet. I liked this and thought it was considerate of the company to think of something like that. Also I appreciated the fact that only guests could get from the reception area into the hotel area. You have to have a keycard. Nobody can just wander around the hotel.

The room was a good size, clean and the bed was very comfy. The TV had loads of channels and there was heating/AC we could control ourselves. Lots of plug sockets and a hairdryer.

The bathroom was very clean and there was shampoo/soap dispensers. Huge mirror and a great shower with good water pressure and heat. The only thing I didn't like was the toilet paper. Sounds silly but it was the Kimberly Clark one sheet per pull system which is really annoying.

The breakfast was served in the restaurant next door and was wonderful. The Full English was cooked fresh to your liking. The teas and coffees, toasts etc were laid out to help yourself. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to eat there.

Plus points go to Premier for their internet access. 30 mins is free a day and on each device. So we didn't have to pay for any. However if we did pay it was only 3 pounds for 24 hours. A much better price than any other UK hotel I have stayed in. Also the Restaurant next door had free internet access. So during breakfast and the one evening we spent there we had a chance to check in all the online things we were missing out on.

All in all I am very impressed. From now on I will check Premier Inn's locations when looking for a hotel in the UK. I would definitely stay at this one again and will be looking to stay in other locations in the future. Thank you!

Room tip: I am not sure if I would be happy on the lower level. I guess that is a personal preference.
