I stayed at Tregaddra farm with my family for three nights whilst attending a friend's wedding in the area and also enjoyed some sight seeing. We were made very welcome by June on arrival, the accommodation is to a very good standard and the use of the tennis court and swimming pool made this perfect for our purposes. We had booked for bed and breakfast only and the food was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Recommendations for local restaurants and cafes were provided by June and we visited two which were exactly as described. The accommodation has great views and the surroundings are perfect for a quiet break. I cannot fault anything about this accommodation and I am pleased to recommend the Farm for any type of stay.

Our 2nd visit to Tregaddra and we stayed for 5 nights. June made us feel so welcome. The Farmhouse is beautiful and the setting just perfect and tranquil. Easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit and looked forward each day to getting back to Tregaddra. Breakfast excellent and service is first class. Didn't want to leave today and will definitely be going back! Thank you June and family for a great stay! Tracey and Mark Abbott.

Four of us spent a week at this beautiful farmhouse having decided to walk a section of the South West Coast Path round the Lizard for which this location was an ideal central point.

June welcomed us with a cup of tea and, as we had made a long journey, we also had an evening meal that day and couple more besides. The meals were substantial and delicious and saved us having to go looking for somewhere to eat on those nights we availed ourselves of the service.

We have no real criticisms to make but perhaps one or two things for June to ponder:

1. We like our toast at breakfast time, but would prefer it not to be dry and biscuit like - others of course may find this to their liking.
2. After a long walk and early return to the farmhouse we had no hot water - perhaps we were a bit on the early side. About an hour after we returned there was oceans of water- it's just a matter of timing.
3. My personal problem - the mirror over the wash basin in the en suite shower room would not stay put. As a consequence I was shaving whilst performing a limbo dance.

None of these were holiday spoilers - in fact, the last one was quite amusing. We ought to have mentioned the toast thing, but we were so anxious to get on and get out that it didn't seem that important at the time.

All in all we can thoroughly recommend this b&b.

Room Tip: Our 2 rooms were at the rear of the building looking out to the west which may have been preferable...

My wife and I spent 2 nights here, and we enjoyed very much the area and the house. June is very welcoming and enthusiastic and gave us very good recommendations for places to visit nearby (specially Lizard and Cadgwith, as well as good local pubs!). The room was perfect, really nice size and with good views of the farm.
Excellent stay!

June's warm welcome and insightful assistance in planning our 2 days of touring Cornwall made our holiday completely non-stressful! We arrived tired and cranky with each other and left soothed and relaxed. The furnishings and decor are superb, the breakfast delicious, the facilities amazing. It was perfect.

Had 3 nights stay, in the perfect location to visit around the Lizard area of Cornwall. The B&B has lovely views from most of the rooms, with two having a balcony. We stopped in the 4 poster room, which was spacious, clean and very comfortable, having on-suite shower room.
On arrival to the B&B, we where shown around, left to settle in, while our host June made us a lovely cuppa, which was very much appreciated, after trip.
Outside in the gardens is a tennis court and small swimming pool, (which is seasonal), so never got to use. As the B&B is on a working farm, you can also get the chance to look around, which is nice, just ask June and she will arrange a walk around for you.
Breakfast was very good full cooked English, also fruit cereal and yoghurt again June was very accomodating, as breakfast usually served at 8.30, but we managed to get earlier, as we like early starts to our day. Overall i found this a lovely B&B and will be returning in the future.

Room Tip: Ask for balcony rooms for a view towards the sea. Also if problems getting in and out of baths, ask...

A very warm and friendly welcome awaited us at this excellent B and B, from our hostess, June.
We had a very comfortable room overlooking the garden, where we were able to see the sea from the balcony window.
A plentiful and tasty Full English breakfast was freshly prepared each morning, with alternative options available. The setting was very pleasant and the view from the bay window over the wonderful Cornish countryside, was all the better for the glorious sunshine!! We live in South East Cornwall and are only too aware of the difference which the sunshine makes. We've all experienced dreadful stormy and very wet weather in recent months. We can recommend this as a place to stay to enjoy The Lizard Peninsula. We shall certainly be including Tregaddra on our list of 'Places to Stay' in future visits to the West of Cornwall.
