A small group of us had wanted to experience a meal in this place. It is, for all intent and purpose, a terraced Cornish house that has been transformed into a very nice, cosy, restaurant. Its snugness means you will always have to book. After 1600 hours nearby, and plentiful, parking is free. Tapenades is not a budget style experience, but occasionally, we all want that something extra specail to the norm for us counting our coppers! From first walking in and being greeted, one is reminded that this place is, indeed, that. If you want a pizza and lager then look elsewhere. But if you want to be made to feel important, enjoy wonderful food in a cosy setting with very attentive, (But not over attentive!) staff then look no further than Tapenades. I would like to state that I am not on any retainer, nor have any financial interest or affiliation with Tapenades. But a lifetime membership with half price dining experiences would always be considered. (I jest, Try Tapenades and if you have any cause for complaint please address them to Sheryll Murray MP for South East Cornwall, because I know she must have a sense of humour but won't say why! Tapenades is well worth a visit.
