lovely place to go and get a drink or something to eat and sit by the water. A great way to pass the time away.

Initially booked two nights. Only stayed one. Very far out. No one there to greet us waited between 5-10 mins til a lovely lady greeted us and told us all we needed to know. Arrived on the Wednesday which we were told was Ladies night for wakeboarding which is what we and my boyfriend came to do... twice we were told I could wakeboarding whilst my partner did something else. We've come on holiday together to spend time together... wakeboarding that evening consisted of one girl and one guy who appeared to work there going round the lake. Pretty disappointing that we were not allowed to wakeboard considering the one lady for ladies night. In which I was told I should participate because none of the locals do. So clearly an ongoing event where no ladies turn up. Seems like there happy to lose money there? Considering we were two of very few people at the lake I was surprised at that. Wakeboarding opened at 12 the next day which was no good for us as we wanted to enjoy the rest of the day. Left the site at 7am thursday. Lake is beautiful and the walk round is a must. Other than that... pretty poor but could be a lot better.

when you pay £2 to park it would be nice not to have grass up to your ankles, weeds and no flowers in the flower beds.to sit for coffee with weeds growing up between the paving slabs and to pay £10 plus for a tea ,coffee and 2 slices of cake and to top it all dirty and very tired toilets....whats it coming to,,,,a beautiful view but its full season and somethings missing to grab return customers...PLEASE IMPROVE

We drove a long way to visit Sibleyback Lake with our children with the intention of hiring cycles for a long ride around the lake. Tried phoning before we left to check cycle availability but kept getting through to an answerphone. When we arrived, the staff were really helpful but as surprised as we were to discover that another member of staff had removed the trailer and tag along from the site without any explanation. This left us unable to do our cycle ride and my daughter was very upset. The staff were very apologetic and we did feel for them as they had no idea why this has happened. The lake itself is beautiful and we enjoyed our walk. Kids portions in the cafe were very generous, tasty and reasonably priced.

a great campsite, lovely facilities, beautiful views, friendly staff with plenty of activities on site; archery, sailing, kayaking, Segway, walking, fishing, climbing frames, hi ropes, cycling, walking. I would give it 5 stars if there was a small section of reservoir coned off for swimming
