“Cornish beauty”
Reviewed 27 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

A warm welcome from the owners with a delicious cream tea laid out which we all enjoyed. The property was very clean and spacious with everything provided. All four bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and luxury bedding and towels each with fully tiled en-suite. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the wonderful country views. A good location within easy reach of the Eden Project & Lost gardens of Heligan and coastal towns of Mevigissey, Looe & Polperro & Fowey.
A brilliant place for our family holiday and birthday celebration. Thank you Kay and Jeremy for all the many extras you included and taking in our Tesco delivery which arrived before us. A superb property

“Simply Stunning!”
Reviewed 26 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Just returned from a wonderful long weekend at Brean Park. Jeremy and Kay were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and our children loved the tractor and quad bike rides round the farm.
The barn is equipped with everything you need and the home baked scones on arrival were delicious. Bedrooms were fantastic all with ensuite bathrooms.
Oh and the hot tub just made it! Just what was needed after days surfing!!
Overall a great stay in lovely accommodation. Thanks Jeremy and Kay, great to meet you and can't wait to sample the organic beef.
Hope to return soon.

“All things thought of by the owners Jeremy and Kay”
Reviewed 20 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

From booking to arriving everything was thought of by Kay and Jeremy, they provided emails and contact numbers, they contacted me just before our arrival to ensure we ignored sat nav at last direction so that we would arrive at correct location, they were on hand as we arrived and the cream teas were ready after long trip, fresh flowers on the table, home from home.
The hosts guided us through the fantastic barn conversion, they had provided breakfast for the next day, milk bacon sausage eggs tomatoes, there was washing up liquid , dishwasher tabs etc so they had everything in hand.
Bottles of wine and local cornish biscuits and fudge on hand in the welcome hamper.
The accommodation had 4 ensuites of which 2 were wet rooms so great for our disabled guest and our hosts were there to make sure that everything suited our needs.
Each bedroom has a small wall mounted TV as well as one in the main lounge, albeit not much time to watch any them.
Plenty of fresh towels and each guest has dressing gown.
Kay provided fresh scones with jam and cream for our late arrival the next day, great service, the little things like that go a long way.
The property has everything and more that you will need, great location for visiting Cornwall and jeremy and Kay are there to guide you on the best local places to visit and dine.
Fantastic views over the valley from the veranda and the kids ( 23 & 27 ) loved the hot tub late into the evening / early hours. BBQ and 2 outdoor eating areas plenty of sitting for unto 12.
I have nothing but good things to say about the accommodation and will be coming back again.
You also get a welcome from the smiling sheep dog on your return from your days out.

“perfect place to stay with perfect hosts”
Reviewed 18 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

A perfect place to stay! Fantastic accomodation with immaculately turned rooms, lovely garden with a nice big hot tub! Jeremy & Kay gave us a lovely welcome, then left us alone, but were close by if we needed anything.
Off the beaten track, but close to main routes through Cornwall, we found this location was a short drive from shops, restaurants, beaches & nature. We would happily stay her again in the future. The 8 of us who stayed, never felt cramped in any way, even breakfasting on the deck looking at the fantastic views. I would recommend Brean Park to anyone who wants a perfect place to stay

“Luxury Property, Amazing Location and Hospitality to go with it!”
Reviewed 6 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

Do you know what, its easy to say that there isnt anything critical to say about this property. There isnt anything that this property hasnt got. The location is perfect, just off the beaten track by a mile to the main road and close to Bodmin. Loads of beautiful walks from the doorstep. The property is large enough to comfortable accommodate 8 people with full bathrooms to go with each, one which is accessible for disabled. No expense has been spared on the interior, handcrafted furniture throughout the property with every attention to detail throughout. The views from the barn are all breathtaking and the garden out front houses two seating areas together with a huge bbq and a hot tub to take in the views of the property's unique view of the Lanhydrock Estate which is less than a mile away. The owners, Jeremy and Kay pay particular attention to making sure that you have everything you need, they are very helpful and care about making sure that you enjoy your holiday. Our cocker spaniel enjoyed his holiday from start to finish and the fact that the property is dog friendly made it just perfect. The the only thing to point out is that the garden to the property isnt completely enclosed, it has gates to leave the property but the aspect at the front isnt fenced. Wasnt a problem for us but you need to be mindful of this when letting your pooch out. We would return to this property definitely and i would recommend it as you will not be disappointed.

“Beautiful location wonderful place”
Reviewed 31 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We were fortunate enough to have booked the house for a weeks stay. Jeremy and Kay were so welcoming and filled the house with food tarts and flowers. The pictures don't do it justice. It could not have been more perfect. Warm, clean, welcoming and a perfect view. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. . . We will return! Thank you to our perfect hosts.
