Just amazing. We have 2 very young kids, one 2 and a half and the other 1. The accommodation is done to a very high standard and extremely child friendly. The onsite facilities are just amazing for the price, an indoor pool, play room, loads of open space for kids to play and much more. A lovely stay!

As parents of a two year old, we found Court Farm catered to our needs wonderfully. We stayed in The Parlour, and found not only the requested high chair and cot, but children's crockery and cutlery too, which I've never seen in a rental before, and the small bedroom even had black out blinds, which was great. Everything in the cottage was of excellent condition too. It rained every day we were there, so we spent a lot of time in the pool, which was a great size, and the games room there had loads of things for our little one to play with. We had a lovely stay at Court Farm, and I would recommend it to anyone with young children.

Booked for a hen weekend. Couldn't of found a better location !!!!! Totally fabulous: ) Lower Northcott farm ( sleeps 17) is a old country farmhouse with stacks of character but with modern quirks aswell. Rooms decorated beautifully , 2 fantastic living rooms, enormous kitchen/ dining room and 8 rooms , most en suite . Short walk ( 15mins) ( a few hills) to Northcott Mouth beach. Thoroughly enjoyable weekend !!!!! Unforgettable :) Thanks to I think the owners who came to visit the first 2 ladies to arrive. Showed us the ropes and also Rosie the donkey!!! It's a truly beautiful place .

We have stayed in the Court Farm cottages six times in the last two years - four times in the Marhamchurch group and twice at Northcott - and plan to go again with friends in March; so our approval rating is understandably high. The cottages are all well thought out and well equipped, quiet and with comfortable beds (important to the elderly!). Stables has its kitchen/living room on the first floor, which provides good daylight and a view over the countryside to the sea.

We particularly appreciate Kevin and Vicky's management of their cottages: they are always available if needed (e.g. to adjust the boiler - beyond my octogenarian skills), but otherwise they keep out of the way and don't interfere. The swimming pool suits us to a tee.

We have been coming to Marhamchurch for many years, as we used to have the use of a family cottage in the village. Now that this has been sold we have found Court Farm a very adequate replacement.

We stayed in The Cabin at Northcott Farm with our dog. This is a very well maintained one bedroom cottage with all the facilities you could need for a weeks stay. It was the beginning of November we stayed with plenty of rain and wind and although we spent most of our days out and about coming back to our lovely little home each day was a welcome sight.
The kitchen is well equipped and there was nothing that we needed that had not been thought of. The bed was like home from home nice and big with lovely fresh linen and sumptious pillows. We had a lovely welcome on arrival after a really tiring journey. Overall spotlessy clean and would highly recommend a stay here.

Incredibly efficient from the start. A tentative email was sent late at night and first thing in the morning Kevin was on the phone. This was just one of the first impressive parts of a last minute 2 day break. Pretty and quiet village, a big shame that the next door pub is currently closed but easy enough to find suitable places with a car. The welcome was great, relaxed, helpful and friendly. Never used the pool though we could hear happy splashing so even early in chilled November it must be warm enough.
The house itself was spotless, large with all the mod cons you would need. We bought 2 dogs and no children though with the stair gates, big enclosed garden and fun stuff and quirky animals on site I think this would be a lovely family holiday too.
Early November was chilly so using the open fire was perfect. A stacked log shed at the end of the garden was great and with no additional charges for wood, heating etc...-it just made our stay feel unfussy.
The nearby beaches were great, sadly some of the restaurants recommended in the information pack were closed in Bude though it was November - worth calling first though and the The Bush Inn in Morwenstow worth a visit for the actual pub though food not as good as we'd hoped. This has nothing to do with Court Farm Cottages though and the only negative there is to make it clear where to put the cash for their delicious eggs!
We'll be back - thank you Kevin & Vicky

A 4-day break with our 1.5y old toddler in the Fushia cottage was very relaxing. Animals feed, bike ride along the canal and ice cream on the beach was our daily routine. Kevin and Vicky are very welcoming and always ready to help.
