Had a 2 night stay good welcome on arrival room was nice. Situation was excellent short walk from harbour. Good breakfast well cooked and good selection of cereal, English breakfast. Parking is limited. Only downfall was not enough seperate tables in breakfast room had to share with other couples on a large table.

Room Tip: King was just ample for us

A very welcoming and friendly B&B. Tim was very responsive to queries before my stay and reached out to text on the day of arrival to arrange a suitable check-in time. The B&B is situated on a cosy one-way street which is a 3 minute walk to the main street. Tim had a list of restaurant suggestions for me to try the evening I arrived (I went for the Sharksfin, a very tasty seafood restaurant right on the prior). The room was extremely comfortable, with personal touches that made it very easy to relax in. Breakfast was full of flavour, and of course as others noted, the blueberry muffins are a must-have! I'd highly recommend staying here and will definitely call in again next time I'm around the area!

Stayed for only one night as part of our Devon and Cornwall road trip.
We booked at short notice but was not disappointed with our stay.
Beautiful old building renovated to a very high standard.
Our room was of a good size and spotlessly clean. Nice touch of fresh milk and water left out for us.
Great location only a short stroll to the stunning little harbour.
Surprisingly lots of eating places and cafes to choose from.
The owners provide off road parking and free wifi.
Excellent breakfast with freshly baked blueberry muffins.
Wish we could have stayed longer....

We stayed here for a week which was a great holiday however Tim & Izzi made it perfect. The welcome, the room and especially the breakfast were all superb. They couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. Would definitely recommend and would most certainly go back!

Weve stayed in many b & b's and this is definitely our favourite. It is beautifully decorated, the bed was so comfortable with high quality linen. The breakfast was delicious especially the Polish scrambled eggs. Made to feel very welcome. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return.
